LAURENCE GENERAL MANAGER AND GOVERNOR, TORONTO MARLIES GILMAN ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER,

Laurence Gilman enters his third season with the Toronto Maple Leafs after being named Assistant General Manager of the Toronto Maple Leafs on May 24, 2018. In his role with the Maple Leafs, Gilman holds multiple responsibilities including player personnel, managing the club's player development department and farm system, and overseeing the organization's top prospects as General Manager of the team's AHL affiliate, the Toronto Marlies.

Prior to joining the Maple Leafs, Gilman served on the NHL’s Rules and Regulations Committee where he helped formulate and design the rules and regulations for the 2017 NHL Expansion Draft. From 2008 to 2015, Gilman worked for the Canucks and most recently served as the Canucks’ Vice President of Hockey Operations & Assistant General Manager, where he functioned as the team’s chief negotiator of player contracts and oversaw the amateur scouting staff. He was also responsible for the application of the NHL Collective Bargaining Agreement and the development of the team’s plan. He first joined the Canucks as Director of Hockey Administration in May of 2008. Before joining the Canucks, Gilman was with the Phoenix Coyotes/ Jets organization for 13 years and served as the club's Senior Vice President & Assistant General Manager from 2002 to 2007. Gilman also served as General Manager of the AHL's and during his time in the organization.

MIKE ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER AND ALTERNATE GOVERNOR, TORONTO MARLIES DIXON DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS

Mike Dixon is in his fourth season with the Toronto Marlies Hockey Club and his first as Assistant General Manager. Dixon also serves as Director of Minor League Operations for the Toronto Maple Leafs organization and oversees the day-to-day operations of both the Marlies and the organization’s ECHL affiliate, the . During his time with the Maple Leafs, Dixon has overseen both the Marlies 2018 Championship and the Growlers’ 2019 Championship.

With more than 10 years of experience in the NHL, Dixon previously held a variety of positions with the Panthers including as Director of Hockey Operations from 2013 to 2016. The Stoney Creek, ON native graduated from Florida Atlantic University with an MBA in in Sports Management in 2007 and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University in 2003.

GREG HEAD COACH MOORE

Greg Moore enters his second season with the Marlies after being named the franchise’s seventh head coach on December 1, 2019. As head coach of the USHL’s , Moore, 36, compiled a record of 51-24-5 in 80 games behind the bench. In his first season as head coach, the Steel captured their second USHL Eastern Conference title in 2018-19. The Steel recorded the third-best winning percentage in franchise history (.629) and set a franchise record for goals scored in a season (243). Moore previously served as an assistant coach with the US NTDP Juniors (USHL) for three season and has won gold medals with USA Hockey at both the U-17 and U-18 levels.

During his playing career, the Lisbon, , native skated in 10 NHL games and 377 AHL games after being selected in the fifth round (143rd overall) of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft by the . He collected 197 points (86 goals, 111 assists) through six AHL season and appeared in the 2008 AHL All-Star Classic. During his collegiate career for the University of Maine, Moore captured a title in 2003-04. He was named to the Hockey East All-Academic Team (2004-05, 2005-06), the Hockey East First All-Star Team (2005-06), the NCAA (East) All-American Team (2005-06) and was a finalist for the Hobey Baker Award in 2005-06. Moore also won a gold medal with Team USA at the 2004 World Junior Hockey Championships.

A.J. ASSISTANT COACH MacLEAN

A.J. MacLean is in his sixth season as assistant coach with the Toronto Marlies. Prior to the Marlies, MacLean, 37, served as an assistant coach with the Soo Greyhounds from 2013 to 2015. The Antigonish, NS native finished a 10-year semi-professional hockey career with the Dundee Stars of the EIHL for three seasons before leaving to coach the Greyhounds. MacLean played junior hockey with the of the QMJHL, recording 47 points (21 goals, 26 assists) in three seasons and was named QMJHL Humanitarian of the Year. A.J. is the son of 2013 award winner Paul MacLean.

ROB ASSISTANT COACH DAVISON

Rob Davison enters his fourth season as assistant coach with the Toronto Marlies. Drafted in the fourth round (98th overall) of the 1998 NHL Entry Draft by the , Davison, 40, played five seasons with the Sharks and later suiting up for the Islanders, and Devils. The St. Catharines, ON native registered 18 points (3 goals, 15 assists) and 321 penalty minutes in 219 NHL games. In 310 career AHL games, Davison collected 52 points (13 goals, 39 assists), 560 penalty minutes and was named of the Worcester Sharks during the 2013-14 AHL season. Davison also played three seasons in Europe with HC Ocelari Trinec (CZE) and EC Red Bull Salzburg (EBEL).

Following his playing career, Davison transitioned into coaching and returned to the Austrian Hockey League, joining EC Salzburg as an assistant coach where he won back-to-back Austrian Championships. In 2016, Davison joined the coaching staff of HC Dinamo Minsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) and helped lead the club to a third-place finish and a KHL Garagin Cup playoff berth.

JON GOALTENDING COACH ELKIN

Jon Elkin is now in his third season with the Toronto Marlies as the club’s goaltending coach. Elkin has previously worked with at the NHL, AHL and CHL level. Most recently, Elkin held the position of goaltending coach with the for three seasons. He also worked with the Soo Greyhounds and the , where he won the OHL Championship in 2004. Elkin founded Jon Elkin’s Goalie Schools in 1984 which he continues to operate in Toronto.

MICHAEL VIDEO COACH CHAN

Michael Chan begins his first season as the Toronto Marlies’ video coach. Chan began his career with the University of (USports) serving as the team’s video coach during the 2013-14 season. He later was promoted to assistant coach for two seasons with the Golden Bears. Chan also served as the coaching coordinator for the Oilers during the 2015-16 season with previous experience interning in the club’s hockey operations department for two seasons. Internationally, Chan has represented Canada at several competitions including as video coach for the 2016 and 2017 U17 World Hockey Challenge and as assistant coach for the 2017 Para- World Championship.
