ARTECHNIC Pavilion 4, Stand 7 PBP02-500 Horizontal BaleR Baler with a pressing force of 50 tonnes. Handling workloads reaching 2 tonnes/hour with continuous loading operation and extreme load volume available.

ASKET open grounds, Sector 06 Mobile agro-biomass generation system A complete, mobile set of agro-biomass briquetting machines for energy generation purposes. BIOMASSER MIDI® line comprises a shredder (producing cubes or bales), chaff container, and BIOMASSER DUO® briquetting machines. Briquetting capacity of up to 400 kg/h for straw with 30% water content. Straw does not require drying; this solution does not involve hydraulic components, processors or complicated electronic systems. Exceptionally low energy consumption. TOMASSER® Straw Shredder Electric-powered straw and hay bale shredder – manufactured in Poland. ATON-HT SA Pavilion 4, Stand 24 MTT Technology Owned by ATON-HT, this Microwave Thermal Treatment (MTT) technology is a major innovation in the field of waste treatment, with patents pending both in Poland and abroad (patent application No. P-337957). Pre-prepared waste (shredded and soaked with an agent enhancing microwave heating processes) is conveyed to a ceramic reactor chamber to undergo thermal treatment in a highly concentrated electromagnetic field, in a temperature range between 1000°C and 1200°C. Depending on the type of waste, either air or shielding gas is supplied to the reactor chamber. MTT is an efficient and eco-friendly technology enabling treatment of hazardous waste.

Pavilion 5, Stand 141 "BIOGRADEX" technology (vacuum modification of active sludge) The innovative "BIOGRADEX"® technology enables a two- or threefold increase of sludge concentration in activated sludge chambers, which results in: increased flow capacity of existing wastewater treatment plants, in the case of newly implemented projects – possibility of constructing two times smaller activated sludge chambers and secondary settling tanks, investment and operational savings (20-30 percent in the case of newly constructed facilities, and up to 60 percent for upgraded facilities).

BMK Solar Sp. z o.o. Pavilion 6A, Stand 11 Solar shower The solar shower is a device that needs nothing more than running water and solar energy to perform its function. After connecting the garden hose and positioning the device towards the sun, in barely an hour’s time we have at our disposal from 25 to 40 litres of hot water. The system comprises a column made of aluminium tube. Tilted at an angle of 30 degrees, the column serves as a 25-litre tank, being heat-insulated at 2/3 of its height to ensure safety and prevent overheating. Solar energy is captured by a panel of the collector. Enclosed in a sturdy polyester resin housing, the shower weighs 25 kg. Its base enables 360-degree rotation, which helps adjust the device to the position of the Sun.

Carpathian Heritage Society Pavilion 5, Stand 80 Wastewater Gardens employing the technology of Gardens for Clean Water These solutions are designed for recycling water, thus improving local retention and enriching natural biotic communities. A typical feature of wastewater gardens is a varied selection of plant species grown on the plot. elta Polska Sp. z o.o. Pavilion 6A, Stand 59 Vacuum Solar Collector A highly efficient vacuum-tube solar collector in which the heating medium flows directly through absorber plates. Owing to vacuum thermal insulation, heat losses are reduced to a minimum. When the cloud cover is increased, this collector type proves more efficient than flat-type collectors.

EVECO Brno, s.r.o. Pavilion 6A, Stand 43 High Efficiency 1-3 MW Biomass Boilers Innovative biomass burning technology based on tried and tested solutions, employed in a single high efficiency device. ETESIA KOMTECHNIKA Pavilion 3A, Stand 16 Hydro 100 Diesel The new, ride-on Hydro 100 Diesel mower offers a number of innovative solutions involving: chassis, drive transmission system, steering system, grass cutting and collecting system. H100D mower features smooth hydrostatic transmission, ensuring improved manoeuvrability in demanding conditions (damp, slippery surfaces, slopes, etc.). The mowing blades are secured by protection bolts, being truncated on strong impact, which makes the device highly useful on varied surfaces.

GIZEX Sp. z o.o./Representative for D'Alessandro Pavilion 6A, Stand 32 CSI-COMPACT 20-40 kW CSI-COMPACT is a three-pass boiler characterised by versatile fuel selection (grain, pellets, dried fruit, waste from fruit and vegetable processing plants). With top quality materials used for production, the operating life of the boiler shell can reach 12-15 years. The boiler features a chamber valve at the fuel inlet side, and a fuel level control system in the tank. The boiler is uniquely small and compact.

KOMTECHNIKA Pavilion 3a, Stand 40 HIAB In addition to a broad range of innovative solutions, the recently launched XS line of Hiab cranes allows the user to tailor the crane exactly to the most frequently performed operations. It is possible owing to advanced technological concepts implemented in the crane construction, but also thanks to a complete transformation of the manufacturing process, which is now based on modular production. Each crane – assigned to a specific customer – can be traced from process beginning to the final product. MULTILIFT The new, modular XR hooklift system for trucks is a pioneer, customer-oriented concept that allows to perform all kinds of operations relating to demountable-body trucks (e.g. containers, loading platforms, etc). With Multilift XR hooklifts, loading and unloading time is reduced to a few dozens of seconds. The control system, based on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), is responsible for all hooklift operations. HONDO Inżynieria Sanitarna i Lądowa KOMTECHNIKA (Civil and Sanitary Engineering) Pavilion 3A, Stand 37 Green Machine 400 Sweeper from Tennant Introduced to the Polish market in 2008, Green Machine 400 Sweeper not only sweeps but also features a special attachment with a tube for sucking in dog mess. Dog droppings are collected in a separate container, to prevent them from being mixed with swept litter, and liquid disinfectant is sprayed on the cleaned spot to sanitize it. The container with excrements can be easily emptied, while the use of disposable plastic sacks guarantees proper hygiene and operator's safety.

HSM Polska Sp. z o.o. Pavilion 4, Stand 29 HSM VK 12018 R A fully automatic channel baling press for compressing a wide range of high volume materials: cardboard, paper, foils, products subject to the Dangerous Substances Directive (DSD), segregated waste. Pressing force: 1200 kN, power: 90 kW, automatic five-fold wire wrapping, touch screen panel, conveyor belts and suction systems, cleaning equipment to prevent material jams, modem for external communication and a data transmission functionality.

Institute of Mechanised Construction and Rock Mining Pavilion 3, Stand 56 Lightweight aggregate from sewage sludge An innovative method of thermal disposal of sewage sludge that can pose environmental 4 threat when deposited in landfills. The end product of this thermal process is a commercial product, i.e. environmentally safe lightweight aggregate, instead of dangerous ash containing heavy metal compounds that required further depositing. Being more economical, this method is different from vitrification-based solutions used to date, mainly in that it employs lower processing temperatures, and that the aggregate is only formed of industrial and municipal waste. The method is patent protected.

KK Balers International Sp. z o.o. Pavilion 4, Stand 46 Rotating KK Rollcrush A double-container waste handling station based on the rotating KK Rollcrush solution. The machine is designed for crushing waste in open containers up to 40 m3.

LAT Sp. z o.o. Pavilion 5, Stand 192 ASP 3 I Portable aspirator ASP 3 I aspirator is a portable, self-powered device weighing 2.2 kg. The unit can work for 6 hours, collecting samples at significant inlet resistance levels. The volume of gas drawn in can be converted to conventional values, as the system measures all gas parameters, including humidity.

PIERALISI Deutschland GmbH Pavilion 5, Stand 100 PIERALISI CP-A Decanter A technologically advanced centrifuge designed for constant, three-phase separation of sludge from liquid, with two liquid phases and one solid phase. The device features an innovative level control system, which offers automatic adjustment of liquid parameters using a single centrifugal pump. The adjustment process is accurate and smooth, accounting for the characteristics of a given product. The centrifuge is especially designed for processes relating to: treatment of biofuels and separation of fatty acids, glycerine, salt; purification of oils and fats prior to biofuel processing; slop oils, etc. PIERALISI Disk Stack Separator A compact FPC 6 separator will be showcased as a modest example of the extended line of PIERALISI separators, which also comprises sizeable devices such as FPC 24. SAMASZ KOMTECHNIKA Pavilion 3A, Stand 41 KWF 110 Front-mounted long reach mower from SaMASZ Controlled from the cab with a joystick, the KWF mower is mounted on the front three-point hitch of the tractor, greatly facilitating operation. The operator can constantly observe the mower in front of the tractor, which eliminates the burdensome need for looking back, thus allowing the operator to focus on driving. Maximum mower range: 6.3 m.

5 Pavilion 5, Stand 87 Washing and hydraulic transport system with waste filtration The system conveys waste from vegetable and fruit cutting and processing lines. It comprises such elements as stainless steel conveyor troughs with screens, sand and heavy sludge separator, as well as sieve conveyor with blade catcher. Pumps employed in the system recycle water, which minimises pure water consumption. Equipment and installations for washing vehicles that transport swine and cattle to the slaughterhouse. Implementation of a specially profiled sieve conveyor guarantees that all solid waste is removed and the conveyor is not clogged; heated cabinet for storing washing hoses helps avoid hose freezing in wintertime; optimally profiled floor slopes ensure that the vehicle is washed better, easier, and faster, with less water used, and excellent result achieved.

The instruments are applicable for detecting ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, phosphates, silicates, and other substances in all water matrices. SYSTEA Micromac C A microprocessor-controlled online analyser designed for automatic monitoring of several types of water matrices. Owing to the patented technology of Loop Flow Analysis, Micromac instruments can be used for carrying out sequential analyses of four compounds at a time. Micromac offers no less than thirty analysing methods, including nutrient analysis, TN, TP, COD, TOC, as well as detection of various metals.

TECH-KOM KOMTECHNIKA Pavilion 3A, Stand 50 Amazone Profihopper The self-propelled PROFIHOPPER for mowing and scarifying is equipped with a 1.25 m rotor attached at the front of the machine. Owing to its special collecting and compacting system, the device is perfectly suitable for dust-free mowing, scarifying, grass collecting and rolling, all in one pass, in practically all conditions, especially on wet grass. The mower features a unique COMPACTOR system, which allows to pack more than 1000 l of compacted mowed material or leaves in a hopper having a total capacity of 730 l. Thanks to the hydrostatic AMAZONE PATH CONTROL drive that helps keep the mower on its path, Profihopper prides itself on excellent manoeuvrability, enabling fast, efficient and comfortable operation even in the most demanding conditions.

Pavilion 5, Stand 133 Washer Monster SWM A self-contained device for collecting, grinding, shredding, and removing soft organics, as well as dewatering screenings captured by wastewater screens. Reduction of unpleasant odour, 8- to 10-fold volume reduction, water content reduction by up to ca. 50 percent, 85- 90 percent reduction of organic content in the final product. Waste obtained in effect is fully compliant with Polish standards.

6 Tomra Orwak Polska Sp. z o.o. Pavilion 3, Stand 38 Orwak 3610 An energy-efficient, fast and quiet baler for industrial applications. A full bale with an europallet size weighs 500 kg (cardboard), and is produced by a pressing force of 50 t, with 4 kW power consumption, and a record short cycle time totalling just 33 seconds. The machine starts automatically when the door is closed. The door is automatically opened when the cycle comes to an end. The device features a cardboard/foil switch. Orwak 5040 Baler designed for pressing aluminium cans and PET bottles. No tying is needed to keep the bale of cans together, but they will easily break apart if required. A two-step compaction process and a built-in puncher ensure a 10-fold reduction in the volume of PET bottles (when pressed with lids screwed on). A finished bale contains 650 cans / 350-500 PET bottles. Bale weight: 15 kg PET / 20 kg aluminium. T-605 A compact automatic machine for collecting beverage containers – both single items and whole cases. It can recognise up to 30 containers/8 cases per minute. Accurate container identification is guaranteed by Sure Return technology. As the recognition process comprises the analysis of shape, barcode and other features performed in one place, T-605 is both more compact and faster than any other machine currently available.

Tubes International Pavilion 5, Stand 67 NiTOClean A simple foam dispensing and washing solution. A foam layer is applied onto the cleaned surface by the NiTOClean device. The set comprises a NiTO gun, a cleaning agent container with an injector, and dosing nozzles. Water and detergent form foam when mixed with the air drawn in by the injector. After the cleaning effect has been achieved, foam is rinsed using the nozzle attached to the gun.

UTS Biogastechnik GmbH Pavilion 5, Stand 100 Hydraulic immersion mixer Optimised hydraulic mixer designed for accurate and economical homogenisation of fermentation tank contents during biogas and sludge production. The newly introduced auxiliary bearing of the mixer is protected from the substrate by a quadruple sealing. In effect, downtime and labour costs are largely reduced, and biogas production efficiency can be increased.

Veolia Water Systems Sp. z o.o. Pavilion 5, Stand 56 Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) technology The MBBR technology is based on the biofilm phenomenon, with an active biofilm developing on plastic (PE) carriers placed in the reactor. The suspended carriers are kept in constant motion, their sizeable active surface fostering swift weight gain of microorganisms. This technology has proved successful in numerous municipal wastewater treatment plants. Vacuum evaporation systems Designed for purifying small wastewater streams characterised by high contaminant concentration. They operate by causing liquids to boil under reduced pressure conditions. The final products are: distillate and concentrate. The former is continuously released to a collecting tank, and can be reused in the production process. The latter is automatically removed at a set period of time.

Wamtechnik Pavilion 6A, Stand 34 Green Column A lamp powered by solar panels and a wind generator, equipped with a LED light source. Previously unattainable autonomy of this system goes hand in hand with modern appearance and eco-friendly characteristics. Moreover, the folding post system makes installation and

Wärtsilä Pavilion 6A, Stand 8 BioPower 5 Wärtsilä BioPower 5 is a biomass-fuelled combined heat and power plant, incorporating the patented rotating grate system, which allows to use fuels with high water content – reaching even 60 percent.

Wibro-Akustyka Pavilion 5, Stand 176 Soundproof insulation mats New materials designed for providing sound insulations in rooms and facilities, used on partitions, especially walls and ceilings. They can be applied both in residential and industrial buildings.

WOFIL OZONE TECHNOLOGY Pavilion 5, Stand 132 Water ozonation plant Powerful, modern and energy-efficient water treatment plant for the food processing sector and not only. Depending on water quality, the system can also cooperate with an aerator, filters (sand, carbon, microfilters), UV lamp, etc. It features cutting-edge industrial automatics systems with process visualisations, local control systems (touch screen LCD monitors) or remote control solutions (Internet, GSM).
