Terms and Conditions

1. Advertising The advertiser shall purchase the online advertising package at the rate listed and for the duration specified in the insertion order, which is attached and incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this agreement. 2. Content Paid advertising is limited to consumer goods or services and expressly prohibits all political, religious or sexually oriented advertisements. 3. Advertisement Creation For all Ad Packages, the advertiser is responsible for creation and delivery of all final artwork 4. Payment Payment must be received in full before the advertisement campaign will be posted. 5. Positioning Except as otherwise expressly provided in the contract, positioning of advertisements on ccraregistrars.org is at the sole discretion of the CCRA. The advertiser acknowledges that the CCRA has made no guarantees with respect to usage statistics or levels of impressions for any advertising. 6. Acceptance of Advertising The CCRA may, at its sole discretion, reject any advertisements. 7. Cancellation Policy Campaigns cancelled more than seven (7) days before the scheduled start date of a campaign are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Campaigns cancelled less than seven (7) days before the scheduled start date of the campaign are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations after the campaign begins are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. There are no refunds once a campaign has been in effect for more than half of the agreed upon time frame. 8. Proof of Advertisement Advertisers will be given access to see proof of their advertisements and/or a copy of any publication in which the advertisements are placed. 9. Due Dates All proof-ready advertisement for the CCRA newsletter (The Record) must be received by the dates indicated in the table below. Advertisement for the website can be delivered to the CCRA Communications chair at any time. All advertisement campaigns will begin once payment is received, as stated in #4 above.
