Remember to enclose a copy of pedigree and a copy of proof of payment with the entry form. Please enclose a copy of Championship Certificate for the winner class or a copy of Working Class Certificate for the working class. If the certificate is missing the dog will be automatically transferred to the open class.

For the purpose of distinguishing payments for the 1st and the 2nd deadline, the postal stamp date on the envelope containing the entry form is decisive. Entry form without a proof of payment and a copy of pedigree will not be accepted!!!

COMPETITIONS

Junior Handling – Children 3 – 9 years. The demonstration of the dog will be evaluated, their quality is not important. Best Couple – for a bitch and a dog of the same breed and of one owner who have been judged at the show. Best Breeders Group – for 3 – 5 dogs of the same breed coming from one breeder and at least from two different mothers or fathers. The competitors must be entered for the show. Best Progeny Group – for a stud dog with at least five of his progeny who have been judged at the show. Similarity in the type and quality will be judged. The stud dog may not be entered for the show. BIS BABY – for all dogs and bitches from baby class receiving a very promising 1. BIS PUPPY – for all dogs and bitches from puppy class receiving a very promising 1. BIS VETERAN – for all dogs and bitches receiving the title Best Veteran (BOV). BIS JUNIOR – for all dogs and bitches receiving the title Best Junior (BOJ). BIS HONOUR - for all dogs and bitches from honour class receiving a excellent 1 Best Working Dog - for all dogs and bitches from working class receiving the title CAC.

Documents necessary for participation: the entry confirmation and a pet passport

Veterinary regulations All participating dogs must be clinically healthy. Dogs that haven´t been checked by veterinary check-in at the entry can´t participate in the show. Dogs must have a passport for small animals (EU pet passport) containing a record showing that the dog has a valid vaccination against rabies and is immune against canine distemper, parvovirosis and leptospirosis. Dogs coming from abroad must fulfil the conditions laid down by the EU regulation 998/2003 of 26/5/2003.

Entries Entry forms should be filled out using a typewriter or in block letters. For each dog, separate entry form should be filled out. Illegible entry forms will not be accepted. A copy of Working class certificate for working class, Club Winner title, Championship or Interchampionship certificate for winner class must be enclosed to each entry to the particular classes. If no such certificate is submitted, the dog will be automatically transferred to the open class. We don´t send the copies back. A proof of payment must be attached to the entry form, otherwise the entry form will not be accepted. A dog can only be entered into one class. Transferring dogs between classes after the deadline is not possible. Accepting of the entry form will be confirmed by the organizer. By signing and submitting the entry form, the exhibitor agrees with the publication of his name and address in the show catalogue.

General provisions Only dogs and bitches of all retriever breeds entered in FCI-accepted stud books, which have reached the age required for entering a class on the show day, are allowed to take part in the show. The discount for the second and additional dogs may be applied only if the name of the owner and the address are the same as for the first dog. A dog in co-ownership is considered a new entry at full cost. The organizer of the show is not responsible for any damages caused by the dog or by the exhibitor neither for death nor for loss of the dog. Free-running dogs are not allowed. Show Committee can refuse to accept the application without giving any reason. Bitches in season, in high level of pregnancy, lactating bitches and individuals with operational or other veterinary intervention correcting a defect in exterior of the dog are excluded from the show. It´s forbidden to groom coat, skin or nose of the dog by any means changing their structure or shape. It´s forbidden to groom a dog in the show area by any substances and tools. Only combing and brushing are allowed. It´s also forbidden to tie-up a dog on a trimming table for longer time then necessary. The violation of these rules can lead to immediate disqualification of the dog. Double-handling is forbidden as well. Owners of the dogs awarded the BOB title are obliged to participate in the finals. The exhibitors are obliged to abide by the FCI Show Regulations and ČMKU Show Regulations unless stated otherwise in the propositions. In case the show doesn´t take place for objective reasons, the fees would be used for covering the show preparation expenses. It is forbidden to bring puppies for the purpose of sale to the show.

Protest A protest against any decision made by the judge is not admissible. A protest can be submitted for formal reasons such as violation of show regulations and proposition. The protest must be submitted in write form against a deposit of 500 CZK during the course of the show. If the protest is found to be unjustified, the deposit will be forfeited to the organizer.
