4 Department of Labor Prison Reentry Initiative (DOL PRI) The Dannon Project's largest reentry program is the Department of Labor Prison Reentry Initiative. This program was awarded funding originally in 2009 in partnership with the Department of Labor/Employment Training Administration (DOLETA) to provide mentoring, job training, education and case management services to non-violent previously incarcerated persons reintegrating back to the Jefferson County area.
