4 Department of Labor Prison Reentry Initiative (DOL PRI) The Dannon Project's largest reentry program is the Department of Labor Prison Reentry Initiative. This program was awarded funding originally in 2009 in partnership with the Department of Labor/Employment Training Administration (DOLETA) to provide mentoring, job training, education and case management services to non-violent previously incarcerated persons reintegrating back to the Jefferson County area. The project provides re-entry services and career readiness training services to participants meeting the criteria for the DOLETA RExO (Reintegration of Ex-Offenders) funding priority. 5 Alabama Industrial Development Training (AIDT): Alabama Work Release and Prison Reentry: Alabama Ready to Work Training (RTW) Program Ex-offenders and work release individuals are highly encouraged to participate in the Alabama Ready to Work Training Program, where they can receive their Career Readiness Credential and Alabama Certified Worker Certificate. 8 Cross 'n' the Hood Cross 'n' the Hood encompasses LOV's re-entry assistance program, job training program, and gang intervention program.
