Denver Pavilions is currently seeking applicants for a full-time Engineering Supervisor opening at Denver Pavilions in Denver, CO Denver Pavilions is located in the heart of downtown Denver on the 16th Street Mall. The property contains a "critical mass" of 40 retailers, restaurants and entertainment venues. The open-air property features three-levels of tenants with two underground garage levels on a two-block development. This position requires a uniformed Engineering Supervisor to oversee all aspects of engineering duties for the Center. This position directly reports to the General Manager. Successful candidates must have the following qualifications & skill sets; -Equipment and building systems knowledge -Perform & oversee work in the areas of plumbing, electrical repair, roof repair, painting, flooring, glazing, door repair, locksmithing -Experience operating large equipment and machinery such as scissor lifts and skidsteer - 2 to 5 years experience in staff management - 2 to 5 years experience in budget management and execution -Oversee and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance tasks -Purchase departmental supplies/equipment/tools -Perform personnel evaluations and track personnel performance -Oversee contracted services & remodels and tenant improvements -Oversee construction and capital improvement projects - Attend staff, construction, vendor and merchant meetings as needed - Must interface professionally with merchants, patrons, co-workers, management, contractors, vendors, the Denver Fire Department & the Denver Police Department - Must posses a strong customer service orientation.

Work Environment -Exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions (temperatures may vary depending on the weather in the different regions). -Exposure to noise, vibrations, atmospheric conditions, as well as working in confined or restricted spaces.
