PART B. Temporary Responsibilities Allowance (TRA) Details In accordance with the Guide to Allowances and Recognition Payments, a TRA is conditional upon the employee accepting all of the assigned additional responsibilities and duties Unless determined otherwise by the University, the TRA tasks are in addition to the duties of the employee’s current position.
To accept this TRA proposal, the employee must sign and return this proposal which acknowledges their acceptance and comprehension of the listed and assigned responsibilities and duties together with the expected outcomes and achievements to be accomplished during the TRA period.
Subject to the University providing the required notice a TRA period can be amended, reduced or terminated.
