APPLICATION Hydrogen Peroxide is for use as a concentrated sanitiser in all food and beverage processing plants.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES Hydrogen Peroxide is a clear liquid with a characteristic odour and free from impurities.

CHEMICAL PROPERTIES Hydrogen Peroxide 35% contains 34.9 - 35.5% w/w peroxide content. Its acidity is 3.0 - 4.5 milli - equivalent per litre (screened Methyl Red). Its stability is: 0 - 0.3mls 02/ minute per 25mls sample at 100C.

FEATURES 1) Low foaming - contains no surfactants. 2) Use at ambient temperature (20C). 3) No need to post rinse - allow to drain. 4) Can be fogged onto walls and floors. 5) Suitable for sanitising stainless steel and pipework.

DIRECTIONS Solutions should contact the plants surface for 5 to 30 minutes depending on the degree of residual soiling. Aerobic bacteria require lower concentrations/ shorter times; Fungi the opposite.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Hydrogen Peroxide must not be added to other chemicals or formulations. Instead of improving its biocidal performance the admixture often de-stabilises the peroxygens with associated hazards.
