INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD SPECIAL MEETING Tuesday, December 5, 2017

1) Call To Order: Scheduled for 7:30 PM in the Welling Conference Room on the 2nd Floor of the East Hartford Town Hall.

2) Approval of the minutes

A. October 24, 2017 B. November 28, 2017

3) Old Business:

A. File #2017-017, Application of Bernard Sheridan to conduct a regulated activity in an Inland Wetlands and Wetlands Upland Review area in conjunction with a project to install a sanitary sewer lateral at 31 King Street.

B. File #2017-018, Application of Aaron Environmental to conduct a regulated activity in an inland wetlands upland review area in conjunction with removal of underground fuel storage tanks at O’Brien STEM Academy 56 Farm Drive.

C. File #2017-019, Application of the Town of East Hartford to conduct a regulated activity in the inland wetlands upland review area in conjunction with the reconstruction of existing roads; work to include reclamation, overlay paving, resetting of drainage structure frames and grates, sidewalk and curb ramp improvements, utility structure adjustments; pavement markings, misc. signage and restoration. Work to be conducted at Birdie Lane, Chipper Drive, Driver Road, Forbes Street, Old Roberts Street and Shady Lane.

4) New Business:

A. File #2017-021, Application of Savvas Psellas and Catherine Matulis to conduct a regulated activity in a Wetlands Upland Review area in conjunction with a project to remove fill previously placed in a Flood Zone at 103 Porterbrook Avenue.

B. File #2017-023, United Technologies Corp./ Pratt & Whitney Division to conduct a regulated activity in an Inland Wetlands and Wetlands Upland Review area in conjunction with a project to remove trees along the Brewer Street site access road.
