1. Go to www.calcareercenter.org and in the top navigation bar, click on “My Stuff” then click on “Profile.” Fill in the information requested and then click on the “Submit” button. You will automatically be returned to the home page. Click on “My Stuff” in the top navigation bar whenever you want to use your account.

2. In the top navigation bar, click on “Quick Start.” Then click on “Frequently Asked Questions.” You will see many questions listed under the categories below. Click on each question in each category to learn more about preparing for a career. The LAST step will be to view the student-created videos.

3. In the top navigation bar, click on “Students” then click on “Career Options.” There are 16 categories to click on to further explore your interests and abilities. Go through each of them.

4. In the top navigation bar, click on “Students” then click on “Getting a Job.” There are 17 categories to click on to learn more about the things you can do to prepare for getting your first job. Go through each of them.

5. In the top navigation bar, click on “Students” then click on “Education and Training.” There are 22 categories to click on to learn about what preparation you will need for different careers. Go through each of them.

6. In the top navigation bar, click on “Students” then click on “Challenges.” You will see examples of things that could be a roadblock on someone’s “Yellow Brick Road Journey” to a career. Go through each of them.

7. In the top navigation bar, click on “Students” then click on “Money Management.” Here you will learn much about how to prepare financially for your career. Go through each of them. 8. In the top navigation bar, click on “Videos.” There you will see student-created and other videos related to careers and college.
