The Woman of Revelation Chapter (12) - (Part 2) “The Wilderness A Place Prepared”

Revelation 12:1-6

And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and [to] his throne. And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days.

Note:

And the woman fled into the “wilderness” where she had a “place prepared” of God that “they” should feed her a thousand two hundred and threescore days

Definition:

Threescore – being three times twenty; sixty

Questions

1. What is this place referred to as the wilderness? 2. Where is this place referred to as the wilderness that was prepared for the woman?

Note:

The woman “escaped” into the “Wilderness” for 1260 days

Revelation 12:14

And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into “her” place

1 Note:

This place is referred to as “her” place and the scripture also refers to it (The place that was “Prepared” for “her” (woman)) as the wilderness.

Details:

Even, thought the place was “prepared” she (woman) still lacked the substance (Food) and had need of someone’s (They) help.

Definition:

Wilderness – An “unsettled”, uncultivated region left in its natural condition; a large track of land covered with dense vegetation or forest Note:

This place called the “Wilderness” was untouched by the stain of sin

Definition:

Settled – populated; inhabited region; disturbed; colonized

(UN) cultivated – (not) till

UN – not; opposite of; contrary to

Unsettled – Not populated; uninhabited region; not “disturbed”; not “colonized”

Revelation 12:6

And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days.

Details:

The place where the woman fled was prepared” of God and someone referred to as “They” would feed “her” (woman) there.

Statement

Now, we know that the woman was connected in some way to God, because she brought forth a man child that would rule all nations.

2 Revelation 12:1-6

Note:

And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron

Definition:

Would - Past tense of will 2; Used to express desire or intent; Used to express a wish; “Used in the main clause of a conditional statement to express a possibility or likelihood”

Will - Used to indicate simple futurity; Used to indicate likelihood or certainty; Used to indicate probability or expectation

Statement

Now, please remember that the scripture said that the woman’s who fled from the great red dragon (Satan) child would rule “All” nations.

Why are these details important?

Because, Mary the wife of Joseph brought forth Jesus that became the Christ and Jesus Christ at his death was ascribed by Pilate as the “King of Jews” ONLY, not all nations.

Supporting Scriptures

Matthew 2:2

Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

3 Matthew 27:37

And set up over his head his accusation written, THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.

Mark 15:26

And the superscription of his accusation was written over, THE KING OF THE JEWS.

Luke 23:38

And a superscription also was written over him in letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.

John 19:19

And Pilate wrote a title, and put [it] on the cross. And the writing was, JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS. This title then read many of the Jews: for the place where Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city: and it was written in Hebrew, [and] Greek, [and] Latin. Then said the chief priests of the Jews to Pilate, Write not, The King of the Jews; but that he said, I am King of the Jews. Pilate answered, What I have written I have written.

Note:

To Pilate and those within authority viewed Jesus of Nazareth as one that ruled over the Jews “Only” (Not all Nations)

Statement

However, the “Elected Lady” (The Church) is the woman that escaped from the dragon and she shall “Bring forth” (Birth) the “Child” (Christ that shall rule all Nations).

Definition:

Escape - To break loose from confinement; get free; to avoid a serious or unwanted outcome To break loose from; get free of

2nd John 1:1-5

The elder unto the elect lady and her children, whom I love in the truth; and not I only, but also all they that have known the truth; For the truth's sake, which dwelleth in us, and shall be with us for ever. Grace be with you, mercy, [and]

4 peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. I rejoiced greatly that I found of thy children walking in truth, as we have received a commandment from the Father. And now I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.

“Symbolic Parallel”

The “Woman” (The Church, Elected Lady and Bride of Christ) has escaped the corruption that is in the world.

2nd Peter 1:4

Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

2nd Peter 2:20

For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

Statement

The “Woman” (The Church, Elected Lady and Bride of Christ) was “scattered” through out all the earth (world) and we shall bring forth “Him” (Christ Jesus); which will rule over all Nations, Tribes, Tongues in whatsoever place we were scattered.

Galatians 4:19

My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,

Ephesians 5:24

Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so [let] the wives [be] to their own husbands in every thing.

Biblical Example:

The Lord God chose to come down and confound the language of the people for a purpose; in order to get them to move to the remaining ¾ parts of the earth.

5 Early History

In the book of Genesis the early inhabitants lived in the east and were united with one vision and message (language); which was the same (we can reach to heaven). However, when the Lord God gave the inhabitants in the earth the different language(s); they would now be compelled (forced) to move elsewhere and no doubt many chose to live with those that spoke or had a familiar tongue (language).

Genesis 11:1-9

And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech. And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there. And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter. And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top [may reach] unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. And the LORD said, Behold, the people [is] one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech. So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city. Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth.

The Persecution of the Church

Now, through the acts of Herod Agrippa I the gospel of Jesus Christ would in like manner be (scattered) abroad and sent to the remaining ¾ of the earth; that all men would know to look unto Christ Jesus as their Lord and Savior who would now live in them and rule through them.

Acts 12:1

Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth [his] hands to vex certain of the church.

Acts 8:1

And Saul was consenting unto his death. And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles.

6 Statement

Christ Jesus whom the “Woman” (Elected Lady and Bride of Christ) brought forth is presently living and also “Ruling” within the hearts of men, women and children of every Tribe, Tongue and Nation, as a result of the persecution (scattering) of the early church that was forced to take the Gospel (language) unto all the earth (world).

Pick - up Question

Now, who are the (They) that were responsible for feeding the woman that escaped from the dragon in the book of Revelation Chapter 12?

Answer:

The (they) would have to be Angelical being which also have the power of “flight”, because the woman was given wings of God to escape the dragon who was cast down into the earth.

Details:

Now, “they” were to feed her as long as she was in this place (wilderness) and the number of days were1260.

Hebrews 1:14

Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

“Parallel”

Matthew 4:11

Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.

Statement

Could there possible be someone at this place referred to as the wilderness already?

Answer: No

7 Why not?

A few reasons:

1. Because, the place “wilderness” is “unsettled” (uninhabited region)

2. Likewise, there is no mention of anyone (entity or thing) existing at this place prior to the woman escaping to it, nor were there any kind of substances (food) stored beforehand before “her” arrival to this place (wilderness).

3. The place that the woman fled was “her” place

Revelation 12:6

And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days.

Definition:

Wilderness – And “unsettled”, uncultivated region left in its natural condition; a large track of land covered with dense vegetation or forest

Unsettled – Not populated; uninhabited region; not “disturbed”; not “colonized”

Feed – To furnish with that which maintains (support); nourish

Support – To maintain by supplying with necessities

Note:

When Jesus was in the “wilderness” the angels came to “support" him after he got there.

Patterns of the Spirit God before the Birth of Jesus Christ

Genesis 22:1

And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, [here] I [am].

8 Matthew 4:1

Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.

Points to Remember

1. Abraham was “led” of the Spirit of God to be tempted

2. Jesus was “led” of the Spirit of the Lord to be tempted of the devil (40) days and nights in the (wilderness).

3. “Others” (some that died in faith)

Genesis 22:1-2

And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, [here] I [am]. And he said, Take now thy son, thine only [son] Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.

Matthew 4:1-2

Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.

Luke 4:1

And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.

Hebrews 11:37

They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;

Details:

They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were “tempted”

9 Statement

The disciples asked, Jesus to teach them how to pray and within the prayer given there is a symbolic a reference to a “place of temptation”.

Note:

The disciples were told to ask Father God to “lead us not into (temptation)”

Details:

Now, this admission indicates that prior Jesus Christ birth, death and resurrection that God’s pattern was to lead his children (people) to the place of temptation where they could be tempted of Satan the devil.

Luke 11: 2 - 4

And he said unto them, when ye pray, say, Our Father which is in heaven, Hollowed be they name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so on earth. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.

Note:

Again, Jesus is tells the disciples to pray and ask Father God not to “lead” us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil”

Statement

What’s interesting about the ways of God is why he would suffer us (his people) to be “tempted”, as demonstrated in the book of Job. “

Job 1:8

And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that [there is] none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?

Note:

“Hast thou considered my servant Job” (Place your _____name here!)

10 Our place of temptation is within our flesh

Romans 7:5

For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death. But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not [in] the oldness of the letter. What shall we say then? [Is] the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet. But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin [was] dead. For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.

Romans 5: 14 – 21

Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come. But not as the offence, so also [is] the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, [which is] by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. And not as [it was] by one that sinned, [so is] the gift: for the judgment [was] by one to condemnation, but the free gift [is] of many offences unto justification. For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) Therefore as by the offence of one [judgment came] upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one [the free gift came] upon all men unto justification of life. For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: that as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

2nd Corinthians 1:19

But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:

Statement

Now, I did not say that God did the tempting only that He (Spirit of God) led them (Abraham, Christ Jesus, Others etc.) to the place where they would be tempted.

11 James 1:13-14

Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

Note:

But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed By his flesh.

Question

Was Jesus Christ himself drawn away because of lust?

Answer:

God Forbid…No, However, Jesus was fashion as a man and sin was in the flesh, but he (Jesus) knew (was not connected through thought, action or deed) no sin.

Philippians 2:8

And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Hebrews 2:18

For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.

Hebrews 4:15

For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as [we are, yet] without sin.

Scripture References

Genesis 22:1-2 Matthew 4:1-2 Luke 4:1-2 Hebrews 11:37

12 Points to Remember

1. Abraham was “led” of the Spirit of God to be tempted

2. Jesus was “led” of the Spirit of the Lord to be tempted of the devil (40) days and nights in the wilderness

3. “Others” (some that died in faith)

Statement

After, now knowing of the “pattern” of God we can conclude that the “woman” (Eve) would have also been led of the Spirit God to be tempted in her own personal wilderness experience.

Details:

Therefore, contrary to what many believe “Adam” was not present when she (Eve) was being tempted of the devil.

A simple Truth:

Nothing happens to us (children of God) without God’s approval (say so)!

Job 1:8

And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that [there is] none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?

Note:

“Hast thou considered my servant Job” (Place your _____name here!)

Matthew 6:9-13

After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as [it is] in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

13 Supporting Scriptures

Genesis 3:1

Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the “woman”, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

Details:

And he said unto the “woman” (singular),

Note:

If Adam was present at the same time then Satan would have to recognize him as the “strong man” (head) of the woman

Supporting Scriptures

Ephesians 5:23

For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

Mark 3:27

No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first “bind” the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.

1st Timothy 2:14

And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

The Verdict

Genesis 3:13

And the LORD God said unto the woman, What [is] this [that] thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

14 Note:

God did not ask Adam about any conversation that he (Adam) had with the serpent (Satan). However, by her (woman’s) own admission she said that she was tricked by the serpent into eating and this proves that he (Adam) was not presently with her when she conversed with the serpent (devil).

Details:

And the woman said, The serpent beguiled “me” (singular), and I did eat.

Supporting Scriptures

2nd Corinthians 2:3

But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ

Leviticus 4:27

And if any one of the common people sin through ignorance, while he doeth [somewhat against] any of the commandments of the LORD [concerning things] which ought not to be done, and be guilty; Or if his sin, which he hath sinned, come to his knowledge: then he shall bring his offering, a kid of the goats, a female without blemish, for his sin which he hath sinned.

Note:

From the above scripture we can see what animal skin may have been used to clothe them.

Details:

Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.

Question

For what purpose was the act of “being led by the Spirit to be tempted” done?

Answer:

That the “reigns” of the heart may be tried with fire prove them

15 Supporting Scriptures

Jeremiah 2) 12

But, O LORD of hosts, that triest the righteous, [and] seest the reins and the heart, let me see thy vengeance on them: for unto thee have I opened my cause.

Judges 2:22

That through them I may prove Israel, whether they will keep the way of the LORD to walk therein, as their fathers did keep [it], or not.

Question

Is the trying of our hearts (faith) necessary?

Answer: Yes

James 1:2 -4

My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing [this], that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have [her] perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

1st Peter 1:6

Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

Statement

Therefore, the man name Adam was not deceived by the “serpent” (Satan) as many would have us to believe, but he (Adam) would have had to be in all things the first partaker.

2nd Tim 2:6

The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits.

16 What I know and understand

Adam was created first and no doubt would have had to be tempted of the devil prior to the woman coming forth to be with him in the garden.

Genesis 2:7-8

And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.

Genesis 2:15 -17

And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Genesis 2:19 - 20

And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought [them] unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that [was] the name thereof. And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.

Note:

Remember, Adam was responsible for naming every living creature that the Lord God made.

Details:

No doubt this act (naming every living creature) took quite some time.

Think about it!

Question?

How do we know that the serpent (devil) was in the garden with Adam?

17 Answer:

Adam was told by the Lord not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil was and if this tree was there the serpent (devil) was there upon it.

Details:

Genesis 2:17

But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Statement

Now, it is stated that in the beginning man and woman received a commandment from the Lord God to have “dominion” over the fish of the sea, beast of the fields and fowls of the air.

Definition:

Dominion – Sovereign or supreme authority; domination

Genesis 2:15

And the Lord God took man and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

Statement

Prior, to Adam being put to sleep and the woman being brought forth it was his job to protect the Tree of Life.

Question?

Why do I believe and say this?

Answer:

Because, the purpose for man (Adam) being in the garden was to dress it and keep it.

Genesis 2:15

And the Lord God took man and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

18 Definition:

Dress – To till; trim or prune; to clean; to decorate

Keep - To retain the possession or control of; “maintain”; to be faithful to or abide by; be in charge of; “to confine”; to avoid releasing or giving away; to care for; prevent; to conduct or manage; detain; “to save”

Retain – To keep or continue in one’s possession; hold

Maintain – To hold or defend; to claim to be true; support

Detain – To keep from going on; to stop; delay; to hold in custody

Prevent – To preclude; to keep from doing something; to keep from happening, as by previous measures or preparations; to forestall

Save – To keep from being lost; preserve

Question?

What thing within the garden of Eden was so important that the Lord God would have to have man (Adam) Keep = maintain (defend)?

Answer: The Tree of Life

Question?

Why was the tree of life important?

Answer:

1. The tree of life was the most distinct tree in the garden 2. Anyone could eat of it and live forever 3. The leaves upon the tree of life were for "healing" of nations

19 “Parallel”

Statement

The Tree of life was a type (shadow) of Christ and we (the children of God) are seen as trees of righteousness (Christ).

Note:

Therefore, I believe that Adam the man of God prevented the natural serpent from gaining access to the Tree of Life and spoiled the plans of Lucifer (Satan).

Question?

What is the significant of the leaves of the Tree of life?

Answer:

The leaves upon the tree of Life had healing attributes

Note:

The leaf certain plants and trees are used for "medicine"

Revelation 22:2

In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, [was there] the tree of life, which bare twelve [manner of] fruits, [and] yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree [were] for the healing of the nations.

Definition:

Healing (heal) - To restore to health or soundness; to cure; to set right; repair

Freebie

Many believe that the Tree of Life is no longer within the earth because the old world was destroyed by water.

Details:

However, after sin the tree of life fell under the protection of the Angel of God.

20 Genesis 3:24

So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

Statement

Did Adam “keep” (To retain the possession or control of; “maintain”; to be faithful to or abide by; be in charge of; “to confine”; to avoid releasing or giving away; to care for; prevent; to conduct or manage; detain; “to save”) the tree of Life prior to receiving the fruit of from the woman?

Answer: Yes

1st Timothy 2:14

Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in transgression

Definition:

Deceived – mislead; to cause to believe what is not true

Note:

Syn: beguile; outwit; dupe; hoodwink; bamboozle

Statement

The steps of love revealed by the Apostle Peter shows us an exact timeline when others, such as a spouse can be brought into our lives.

Note:

The process below allows certain Godly attributes to be worked out in our lives first before we meet our suitable mate.

The Steps of Love (God)

2nd Peter 1:5

And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to

21 patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

1. Faith 2. Virtue 3. Knowledge 4. Temperance 5. Patience 6. Godliness 7. Brotherly Kindness 8. Charity (Love)

Statement

Each step is a level in God with the last step resulting is love. However, no step in this process should be skipped over, else the ending result will not be Charity (Love)

Note:

The last step (8th) is Charity (Love) and we know that the number (8) Represent “Everlasting” (un-ending loop)

Details:

According to the timeline we do not really meet with other individuals until the seventh (7th) seventh step is reached.

Statement

Again, if Adam was present with the woman (eve) when she was tempted in the garden; then the devil would have had to “bind” him first, because he (Adam) was the strong man.

Note:

However, the scripture does declare that he (Adam) was not deceived, nor was he found in the transgression.

1st Timothy 2:14

And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

22 Definition:

Deceive - To cause to believe what is not true; mislead.

Supporting Scripture

Mark 3:27

No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first “bind” the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.

Matthew 12:29

Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.

Definition:

Bind - To tie or secure, as with a rope or cord

Statement

Adam did not sin out of ignorance and was not found in the transgression; and Adam was not “bound, But, for his “sake” the ground was cursed.

Details:

The Lord cursed the ground cursed for Adam’s sake, because he (Adam) could not bear it (physiologically)?

Definition:

Sake - “Motive”; Purpose; personal benefit or interest; welfare

Motive - An emotion, desire, “physiological need”, or similar impulse that acts as an incitement to action

23 Genesis 3:17

And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed [is] the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat [of] it all the days of thy life;

Definition:

Sake - “Motive”; Purpose; personal benefit or interest; welfare

Motive - An emotion, desire, “physiological need”, or similar impulse that acts as an incitement to action

Statement

Why do I believe the Lord God “curse” the ground for Adam’s sake and did not allow Adam to be cursed in the land, as “Cain” or “Canaan” were cursed?

Answer:

I believe Adam’s “motive” was pure

Supporting Scripture

1st Samuel 16:7

But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for [the LORD seeth] not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.

Romans 8:20

For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected [the same] in hope,

Definition

Creature - A human; A living being, especially an animal

Note:

For the “creature” (A human) or (Adam) was made subject to vanity, not willingly.

24 Statement

Therefore, I can understand his (Adam’s) answer in response to the Lord God; if he did not know where she (woman) was; if he (Gd led her to be empted when she retrieve the fruit or were she (Eve) was prior to giving him the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil.

Statement

What many people assume is that the tree of knowledge was some kind of special tree that had special fruit upon it.

Details:

The most important thing about the tree of knowledge was that it (tree) bared knowledge of good and evil.

Definition:

Of – associated with; connected to

Question?

Did the Lord God make the tree of the knowledge of good and evil?

Answer: No

Question?

Where did it come from if the Lord God did not plant (make it)

Let’s look at the details:

Genesis 2:4-5

These [are] the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens, And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and [there was] not a man to till the ground.

25 (For more the tree of knowledge: See Tree of knowledge Sermon and teaching)

Statement

Now, the actual tree which the serpent made his home was before it became corrupted by the devil and natural serpent was a tree that the Lord God had made.

Question?

Do I believe that the tree of natural tree which had the serpent that had knowledge of Good and evil still exist? And, Why not?

Answer: No

John 15:

Every tree (branch) that does not bear fruit shall be destroyed

Statement

We can approach this specific passage in (2) different ways that we might get an understanding by breaking down the scripture in parts.

Details:

"And out of the ground the Lord God made to grow"

Example #1

Now, from one point of view we can say that only the trees; which were pleasant to sight and good for food were the actual trees that the Lord God caused to "grow".

However, before we continue let us define some words that we might get a better understanding of the scripture in question.

Definition:

Pleasant - Agreeable in manner, act or appearance

Sight - Aim (design or purpose)

26 Good - Safe or having beneficial effects

Food - Nourishment

Statement

Now, the scriptures declares that every tree which he (the Lord God) planted or made to "grow" was good (safe and had beneficial effects)

Question?

Therefore, if the Lord made every tree to grow that was “pleasant” (Agreeable in manner) to “sight” (purpose) and “good” (Safe) for “food” (Nourishment; then who or what entity made or cause the “Tree of the knowledge of good and evil” to grow since it was not good for consumption?

Think about it!

Example #2

Every tree was perfectly made by the Lord God in the beginning when the earth and the green things were made. However, this specific “tree” (The tree of the knowledge of good and evil) became defiled as a result of the natural serpent and Satan (spiritual serpent) being upon it.

Details:

The significant of that specific tree that became the tree of knowledge was not that it had fruit, because when it was first made God created it and allow the seed to be in itself.

However, the greatest significant was that it had the “fruit” of the knowledge of good and evil upon it.

Definition:

Fruit – progeny; offspring

Of -

Statement

27 Everything made by the Lord God in the beginning was made clean but each beast that was made can have unclean habits.

Note:

A Physical objects that has been sanctified can be made unclean Examples:

1. Pigs (swine) 2. Chickens 3. Dogs 4. Ravens

Leviticus 7:21

Moreover the soul that shall touch any unclean [thing, as] the uncleanness of man, or [any] unclean beast, or any abominable unclean [thing], and eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which [pertain] unto the LORD, even that soul shall be cut off from his people.

Exodus 19:11-13

And be ready against the third day: for the third day the LORD will come down in the sight of all the people upon mount Sinai. And thou shalt set bounds unto the people round about, saying, Take heed to yourselves, [that ye] go [not] up into the mount, or touch the border of it: whosoever toucheth the mount shall be surely put to death: There shall not an hand touch it, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through; whether [it be] beast or man, it shall not live: when the trumpet soundeth long, they shall come up to the mount. Genesis 3:1

Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

Details:

The "serpent" or snake were seen by the Lord God as "unclean" beast and is also called a “beast of the field”.

Statement

Therefore, I declare that the later point of view (Example # 2) about the origin of the tree of the knowledge of Good and evil would support and reflect the origin of

28 all the tree which were made by the Lord God.

Question?

What happen after sin?

Answer:

Adam (High priest of his home) prayed for “her” (eve); because she was his wife and of his flesh and bone and she was considered “as” the weaker vessel.

Note:

Again, Adam was “not” deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. (2nd Timothy 2:6)

Question?

Can I show proof in the scripture of this pattern of the man of God interceding on behalf of those that committed a trespass?

Supporting Scriptures:

Moses – prayed for isreal

Note:

God told moses that he would make another out of his loins

Job prayed for his friends

Hezekial prayed

Daniel prayed for isreal

1st Peter 3:7

Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with [them] according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.

1st John 5:16a

29 If any man see his brother sin a sin [which is] not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life

Here is another Freebie

Statement

Now, many believe and have taught that the woman was told by Adam not to eat from the Tree of the knowledge of Good and evil. However, what they fail to look carefully at is the conversation between the woman and the serpent (Satan).

Note:

Therefore, let us examine the scriptures together so that we can know the truth of the matter.

Genesis 3:1-3

Now the serpent was more than the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which [is] in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

The Breakdown

Now, the serpent was more than the field which the LORD God had made. And he (Satan) said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

Note:

The “serpent” (Satan) ask her (woman) what “God” (not Adam) said about the tree of the garden

Genesis 3:1

Yea, hath “God said”, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

30 Details:

She (woman) responded to his question and said what she was told by “God”

Genesis 3:2

And the woman said unto the serpent, “We” (Adam and I) may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which [is] in the midst of the garden, “God hath said”, “Ye” ((You) - Eve) shall not eat of it, neither shall ye ((You) - Eve) touch it, lest ye die.

Statement

We must accept the words of the prophets that wrote by inspiration of God just on faith

Note:

We have “her” account of what she said God (not Adam) told her and must accept it on faith. Why? Because, if we cannot accept what shethe books written by Isaiah, Daniel, Micah, Jeremiah, Hosea etc, or by anyone who have said God told them this or that?

Question

Why did God tell her (woman) according to her own report not to touch the tree?

Answer:

Because, He (God) knew that women are more susceptible to the senses and this was, because they (women) were beautifully designed for nurturing children.

Statement

Jesus prayer directs our attention to the Father and within the prayer request We are admonished to petition God the Father “not” to lead us into temptation.

Why?

Because, we (the children that believe in Christ Jesus) were placed in him and when “He” (Jesus Christ) was led to be tempted we being of his flesh and bone were also tempted in him.

31 Therefore, there is no need for us to be led any longer.

Note:

When Jesus Christ died for the sins of mankind the sin debt was paid in full.

Supporting Scripture

Hebrews 7:9-10

And as I may so say, Levi also, who receiveth tithes, payed tithes in Abraham. For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.

Question

Again, for what purpose was this act “being led by the Spirit” done?

Answer:

That the “reigns” of the heart may be tried with fire prove them

Joshua 24: 14-27

Now therefore fear the LORD, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the LORD. And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that [were] on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. And the people answered and said, God forbid that we should forsake the LORD, to serve other gods; For the LORD our God, he [it is] that brought us up and our fathers out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage, and which did those great signs in our sight, and preserved us in all the way wherein we went, and among all the people through whom we passed: And the LORD drave out from before us all the people, even the Amorites which dwelt in the land: [therefore] will we also serve the LORD; for he [is] our God. And Joshua said unto the people, Ye cannot serve the LORD: for he [is] an holy God; he [is] a jealous God; he will not forgive your transgressions nor your sins. If ye forsake the LORD, and serve strange gods, then he will turn and do you hurt, and consume you, after that he hath done you good. And the people said unto Joshua, Nay; but we will serve the LORD. And Joshua said unto the people, Ye [are] witnesses against

32 yourselves that ye have chosen you the LORD, to serve him. And they said, [We are] witnesses. Now therefore put away, [said he], the strange gods which [are] among you, and incline your heart unto the LORD God of Israel. And the people said unto Joshua, The LORD our God will we serve, and his voice will we obey. So Joshua made a covenant with the people that day, and set them a statute and an ordinance in Shechem. And Joshua wrote these words in the book of the law of God, and took a great stone, and set it up there under an oak, that [was] by the sanctuary of the LORD. And Joshua said unto all the people, Behold, this stone shall be a witness unto us; for it hath heard all the words of the LORD which he spake unto us: it shall be therefore a witness unto you, lest ye deny your God.

Statement

There are many nations that were left and remained in the land during the days of Joshua the son of Nun; which is a shadow of the present times and the “land” (physical) that was in their time is a “shadow” to us being our (flesh) with us warring against the motions (factions) of sin therein.

Luke 11:24

When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out.

2nd Corinthians 10:4-5

(For the weapons of our warfare [are] not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

(Imagination) = Image (spirits) of nations

Details:

The nation (spirits) within our flesh must be overcome and subdued by the Word of God. And, these unclean spirits that we have allowed to remain within in our Flesh (land); we must subdue in order to truly possess the land as the Lord God intended.

John 6:63

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, [they] are spirit, and [they] are life.

1st John 4:1-3

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that [spirit] of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

Details:

Words are “spirit” (attitude, character, disposition, nature) and therefore the words that was spoken by the “serpent” (satan) to the woman were in fact the first manifestation of unclean words (spirits) being released into the earth.

Definition:

For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.

Note:

The “motion of sin” work in (within) our members

Joshua 23: 11-13

37 Take good heed therefore unto yourselves, that ye love the LORD your God. Else if ye do in any wise go back, and cleave unto the remnant of these nations, [even] these that remain among you, and shall make marriages with them, and go in unto them, and they to you: Know for a certainty that the LORD your God will no more drive out [any of] these nations from before you; but they shall be snares and traps unto you, and scourges in your sides, and thorns in your eyes, until ye perish from off this good land which the LORD your God hath given you.

Mark 1:15

And he was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him.

James 1: 13 - 14

Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man. But every man is tempted when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

Statement

Howbeit, know that God did not do the tempting because there is only one tempter and that is (Satan). However, the Lord God will “allow” us to be tempted because he expects us as followers of Christ Jesus our Lord to pass the test

Note:

However, we are commanded to have dominion and occupy until he comes

Statement

Jesus was born in the flesh but did not walk in the flesh, as we I times past yielded our members to the flesh and motions of sin.

Ephesians 2:2

Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

Examples

Job 3:25-26

For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me. I was not in safety, neither had I rest, neither was I quiet; yet trouble came.

Note:

The spirit of fear was in him (Job) as we all have walked in fear

1st John 2:16

For all that [is] in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

We can escape!

The Pattern to follow:

John 16:33

41 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

2nd Peter 2:20

For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

Satan left Jesus:

Matthew 4:11

Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.

Satan will leave us:

James 4:7

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

The Angels strengthen Jesus:

Luke 22:43

And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him.

The Angels will strengthen us:

Hebrews 1:14

Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

Revelation 12: 6

And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days.

Statement

I believe that the “they” are not at this place (wilderness) at this time, but will be sent to the place when the time is needed to feed (strengthen) the woman who had escaped to go there.

42 Question Why do I believe this?

Note:

Because, by definition the place had to have been “unsettled”

Definition:

Wilderness – And unsettled, uncultivated region left in its natural condition; a large track of land covered with dense vegetation or forest

Note:

This place called the “wilderness” is untouched by the stain of sin

Definition:

Settled – populated; inhabited region; disturbed; colonized

(UN) cultivated – (not) till

UN – not; opposite of; contrary to

Unsettled – Not populated; uninhabited region; not “disturbed”; not “colonized”

Question

Would this place referred to as the “wilderness” be found in the 1st first heaven, the 2nd second heaven or the 3rd third heaven?

Answer: Neither

Explain:

The 1st (Earth) and 2nd (Space Station) have already been inhabited by man

2nd Corinthians 12:2

43 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.

Statement

God had revealed unto the apostle Paul that here was a man who he (Paul) personally knew was caught up unto the 3rd third heaven

Question

Therefore, how many heavens are there according to the word of God?

Answer:

Three (3) Heavens as we know it

Statement

The natural (man) has discovered by the grace of God that there are many different areas of space and can now understand that the earth and its surrounding planets account for a very small portion of space.

2nd Corinthians 12:2

I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such a one caught up unto the third heaven. Galatians 2:1-9

Then fourteen years after I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, and took Titus with [me] also. And I went up by revelation, and communicated unto them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to them which were of reputation, lest by any means I should run, or had run, in vain. But neither Titus, who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised: And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage: To whom we gave place by subjection, no, not for an hour; that the truth of the gospel might continue with you. But of these who seemed to be somewhat, (whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth no man's person:) for they who seemed [to be somewhat] in conference added nothing to me: But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as [the gospel] of the circumcision [was] unto Peter; (For he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:)

44 And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we [should go] unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision.

Revelation 1:1

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified [it] by his angel unto his servant John:

Question

Who was this man that the Apostle Paul was making reference to?

Answer: Apostle John

Details:

Apostle Paul said, I knew a man above fourteen years ago,

Definition:

Knew – Past tense of know

Know – To be cognizant of; recognize; to have as a consequence or result of Experienced; to be acquainted with through previous encounter, report, etc;

Question

Was this man deceased (dead) or did they drift apart?

2nd Corinthians 12:2

I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such a one caught up unto the third heaven.

Statement

The Apostle Paul spoke of two (2) distinct experience(s) in reference to this man being caught up unto the third heaven

My personal belief and understanding of these two (2) distinct experiences:

45 Genesis 28:12

And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.

Question

What is an “out of body” experience?

Answer:

A state of mind when the conscious and the natural mind separate and the mind is allowed to temporarily leave the natural realm and exist in the realm of the Spirit.

Note:

God allows a man to see himself (physically) in another place

Deuteronomy 10:1-9

At that time the LORD said unto me, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first, and come up unto me into the mount, and make thee an ark of wood. And I will write on the tables the words that were in the first tables which thou brakest, and thou shalt put them in the ark. And I made an ark [of] shittim wood, and hewed two tables of stone like unto the first, and went up into the mount, having the two tables in mine hand. And he wrote on the tables, according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which the LORD spake unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly: and the LORD gave them unto me. And I turned myself and came down from the mount, and put the tables in the ark which I had made; and there they be, as the LORD commanded me. And the children of Israel took their journey from Beeroth of the children of Jaakan to Mosera: there Aaron died, and there he was buried; and Eleazar his son ministered in the priest's office in his stead. From thence they journeyed unto Gudgodah; and from Gudgodah to Jotbath, a land of rivers of waters. At that time the LORD separated the tribe of Levi, to bear the ark of the covenant of the LORD, to stand before the LORD to minister unto him, and to bless in his name, unto this day. Wherefore Levi hath no part nor inheritance with his brethren; the LORD [is] his inheritance, according as the LORD thy God promised him.

Isaiah 6:1-7

In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. Above it stood the seraphims: each

46 one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly. And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, [is] the LORD of hosts: the whole earth [is] full of his glory. And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke. Then said I, Woe [is] me! for I am undone; because I [am] a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts. Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, [which] he had taken with the tongs from off the altar: And he laid [it] upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.

Question

Where (when) does this type of experience commonly occur?

Example:

When we are dreaming (sleeping) and/or possibly if we are awake but in a deep trance

Question

What is an “inner body” experience?

Note:

The experiences that may occur while awoke or sleep which can also temporarily separate the conscious from the mind of the person and they are not aware of an event or a sequence of events for a space of time. Daniel 2:1-8

And in the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar Nebuchadnezzar dreamed dreams, wherewith his spirit was troubled, and his sleep brake from him. Then the king commanded to call the magicians, and the astrologers, and the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, for to shew the king his dreams. So they came and stood before the king. And the king said unto them, I have dreamed a dream, and my spirit was troubled to know the dream. Then spake the Chaldeans to the king in Syriack, O king, live for ever: tell thy servants the dream, and we will shew the interpretation. The king answered and said to the Chaldeans, The thing is gone from me: if ye will not make known unto me the dream, with the interpretation thereof, ye shall be cut in pieces, and your houses shall be made a dunghill. But if ye shew the dream, and the interpretation thereof, ye shall receive of me gifts and rewards and great honour: therefore shew me the dream, and the interpretation thereof. They answered again and said, Let the king tell his servants the dream, and we will shew the interpretation of it. The king answered

47 and said, I know of certainty that ye would gain the time, because ye see the thing is gone from me.

Genesis 20:6

And God said unto him in a dream, Yea, I know that thou didst this in the integrity of thy heart; for I also withheld thee from sinning against me: therefore suffered I thee not to touch her.

Note:

The “inner body” experience can, if God permits be retained, but in my experience it is often not remembered by the individual

My Person Experience

While driving a great distance at times, it seem as if my mind and consciousness is taken to another place

Statement

I could not remember certain events in reference to at what point in time and when I passed certain landmarks on my journey as I drove yet I was completely sober. And when my consciousness and awareness returned unto me I could not recall these events, because my thoughts and mind (conscious) were taken away it seems and I was in another place.

Note:

Therefore I am grateful and thank the Lord God for this revelation of the “inner body” experience in which he caused me to experience that I might share it with the believers in Christ by the grace of God.

Questions

What are the Three (3) Heavens and where are they?

Are they colonized?

Answer: Yes

The 1 st First Heaven is the Atmospheric (Realm)

48 Definition:

Atmosphere – The gaseous mass surrounding a celestial body, esp. the one surrounding the earth; the “air” or climate in a specific place

Note:

The earth in the habitation of man and is colonized by the sons of men

The 2 nd Second Heaven is the Stratospheric (Realm)

Definition:

Stratosphere – That portion of the atmosphere beginning at a height of about seven miles and characterized by a more or less uniform temperature

Statement

God has placed in this area of space the solar system and its planets which also consist of the sun and the moon and all the stars are in this area of space

Note:

The 2nd second heaven ha been “disturbed” by man (mankind) who has Sent rocket ship which now inhabit parts of this area of space

Definition:

Wilderness – An “unsettled”, uncultivated region left in its natural condition; a large track of land covered with dense vegetation or forest

Note:

This place called the “wilderness” is untouched by the stain of sin

Definition:

Unsettled – not populated; uninhabited region; not “disturbed”

49 (un) cultivated – (not) till

Un – not; opposite of; contrary to

Revelation 12:5

And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and [to] his throne.

Details:

Therefore, the 2nd second heaven (solar system) cannot be the place referred to as the “wilderness” where the woman (church) fled and escaped to nor can it be where her “prepared” place is considered to be

John 14:2

In my Father's house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

Luke 11:2

And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.

Hebrews 8:5

Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, [that] thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.

Revelation 14:17

Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

The 3 rd Third Heaven

The Angels of God and all the host of heaven live and exist in this area of space which is beyond the stratosphere

50 Note:

As it is in heaven, so in earth

Revelation 12:14 -15

And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.

Revelation 12:14

And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the “wilderness”, into “her” place

Note:

“her place” (wilderness) could not be found in the 3rd third heaven

Revelation 14:15

And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.

Why not?

Because, the 3rd Third heaven is “colonized” by the angels and the host of heaven and cannot be considered as a “unsettled” and uncultivated region

Statement

The cities (New Jerusalem) is somewhere beyond the 3rd heaven or in an area in heaven somewhere that is unpopulated and will eventually be manifested and descend unto the earth where the children of God (saints) will worship and be with Christ.

John 17:24

51 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.

Revelation 21:1-27

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God [is] with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, [and be] their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife. And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, Having the glory of God: and her light [was] like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal; And had a wall great and high, [and] had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are [the names] of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel: On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates. And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb. And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof. And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal. And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred [and] forty [and] four cubits, [according to] the measure of a man, that is, of the angel. And the building of the wall of it was [of] jasper: and the city [was] pure gold, like unto clear glass. And the foundations of the wall of the city [were] garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation [was] jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald; The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst. And the twelve gates [were] twelve pearls; every

52 several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city [was] pure gold, as it were transparent glass. And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb [is] the light thereof. And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there. And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it. And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither [whatsoever] worketh abomination, or [maketh] a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

Will there be mansion(s) for us (the children of God) in the 3 rd Third Heaven?

Answer: No

Note:

The children of God (saints) will all live with Christ Jesus in the earth

John 17:24

Father, I will that they also, whom thou hath given me, be with me where I am: That they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.

53 Esther 2:3-13

Then the king's servants, which [were] in the king's gate, said unto Mordecai, Why transgressest thou the king's commandment? Now it came to pass, when they spake daily unto him, and he hearkened not unto them, that they told Haman, to see whether Mordecai's matters would stand: for he had told them that he [was] a Jew. And when Haman saw that Mordecai bowed not, nor did him reverence, then was Haman full of wrath. And he thought scorn to lay hands on Mordecai alone; for they had shewed him the people of Mordecai: wherefore Haman sought to destroy all the Jews that [were] throughout the whole kingdom of Ahasuerus, [even] the people of Mordecai. In the first month, that [is], the month Nisan, in the twelfth year of king Ahasuerus, they cast Pur, that [is], the lot, before Haman from day to day, and from month to month, [to] the twelfth [month], that [is], the month Adar. And Haman said unto king Ahasuerus, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the people in all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws [are] diverse from all people; neither keep they the king's laws: therefore it [is] not for the king's profit to suffer them. If it please the king, let it be written that they may be destroyed: and I will pay ten thousand talents of silver to the hands of those that have the charge of the business, to bring [it] into the king's treasuries. And the king took his ring from his hand, and gave it unto Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, the Jews' enemy. And the king said unto Haman, The silver [is] given to thee, the people also, to do with them as it seemeth good to thee. Then were the king's scribes called on the thirteenth day of the first month, and there was written according to all that Haman had commanded unto the king's lieutenants, and to the governors that [were] over every province, and to the rulers of every people of every province according to the writing thereof, and [to] every people after their language; in the name of king Ahasuerus was it written, and sealed with the king's ring. And the letters were sent by posts into all the king's provinces, to destroy, to kill, and to cause to perish, all Jews, both young and old, little children and women, in one day, [even] upon the thirteenth [day] of the twelfth month, which is the month Adar, and [to take] the spoil of them for a prey.

Statement

God declares that he has “prepared” the city new Jerusalem “as” (in the same manner or way that) a “bride” is prepared and adorned for her husband

Revelation 21:2

And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

Revelation 21:9-10

54 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife. And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,

Statement

Some believe and have taught that the holy city (New Jerusalem) is the bride because the apostle John was shown by one of the seven angels the wife (bride) of the lamb.

Revelation 21:9-10

And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the lamb’s wife.

Note:

Please notice the “period” at the end of verse (9), which ends the paragraph and lease notice the capital “and” that starts the next sentence that also ends with a period

Statement

The apostle John was indeed shown the bride in verse (9) And was also shown the holy city (New Jerusalem) in verse (10)

Note:

However, these were two distinct and separate events

Statement

It is my belief that the angel showed the apostle john (2) distinct and separate events

What Events?

1. The Lamb’s wife (bride) which was in the “wilderness”

2. The Holy City called new Jerusalem (that was on a great mountain)

55 Question

What about Matthew 5:14?

Note:

“Ye are the light of the world: a (city) that is set on a hill cannot be hid.”

Revelation 21:2

And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

John 17:24

Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.

Revelation 22: 23-27

And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: And they shall see his face; and his name [shall be] in their foreheads. And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever. And he said unto me, These sayings [are] faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done. Behold, I come quickly: blessed [is] he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.

Details:

John saw the “city” come down and that we (saints of God) shall be with the lamb who is the light of it (New Jerusalem) and we (nations) shall walk in the light of it and shall bring our glory unto it (city).

Revelation 21:9-10

And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew

56 thee the bride, the Lamb's wife. And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,

Statement

Furthermore, I will prove that the city (New Jerusalem) and the Lamb’s wife (bride) are two (2) separate entities.

Revelation 12:6

And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days.

Revelation 12:14

And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

Question

Why do I believe this?

Details:

Because the woman was told to flee (escape) to “her place” in the wilderness and we know her place was “prepared” for her by God

Note:

There are hidden clues that will prove that the lamb’s wife is not the city new Jerusalem

Matthew 5:14

Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

Question

Can the city (New Jerusalem) be viewed as “her” place that was “prepared” by God?

57 Answer: Yes

Revelation 19:7-8

Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And she shall be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine lined is the righteousness of saints.

Details:

58 The “wife” (bride) according to the scriptures “made herself ready, but the “city” was “prepared” by God. Therefore, the city and the bride are truly separate entities

Definition:

Prepare – “to make ready”, fit, or qualified; put in readiness

Note:

A comparison was made in reference to the city (New Jerusalem) Being (prepared) “as” a bride adorned but the city (New Jerusalem) was not actually called the bride merely “compared” to the lamb’s wife (bride)

Definition:

As – to the same extent or degree; in the same manner or way that; beside

Esther 2:3-13

Statement

God declares that he has “prepared” the city new Jerusalem “as” (in the same manner or way that) a “bride” is prepared and adorned for her

Details:

In order to make a comparison you must already have (2) separate or distinct things

Comparison – the act of comparing; a statement or estimate of similarities and differences; likeness

Statement

He bride (children of God) must wait on Christ

John 14:2-3

59 Jesus said, I go to “prepare” a “place” for you. And if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Hebrews 11:16

Revelation 21:23

Statement

The “People in General” (they) are followers of either the Lord God or the Devil

1. Saints and Believers in Christ Jesus

61 2. Sinners and Nonbelievers

Note:

Therefore, we will show the outcome for both groups of the “they” (people in general) according to the scriptures as it is also confirmed and mentioned in the book of Daniel Chapter 12 verse (2)

Revelation 20:9

And “they” (people in general - saints) went “up” (into a place of safe keeping) “On” (because of) the “breadth” (liberality) “of” (exerted upon) the earth,

Matthew 25:43-46
