I hold a valid and current certificate of insurance, which covers me whilst racing and will continue to do so whilst engaged in the racing for which I have entered above. The racing organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, death or personal injury howsoever caused to the owner/competitor, or his skipper, as a result of their taking part in the race or races. Moreover, every owner/competitor warrants the suitability of his yacht for the race or races. I accept the rules and sailing instructions supplied. I agree that photographs may be taken of the event and used by FPSC under their copyright. I have read and fully understand the information supplied “Blue-Green Algae – The Facts”.
