Relax & Reflect - Yoga in the Greenhouse with Certified Instructor Saturday, January 14th Cost: $25 per person –Includes Light Lunch 10:00 am Come relax and reflect with Yoga in the greenhouse! What a fun way to get out (Preregistration Required) of the house, do something to treat yourself and enjoy a terrific light lunch after.

Sweetest Eve Dinner in the Greenhouse Cost: $100 per couple; Tickets must be purchased in advance; Limited seating Treat your sweetheart to a unique dining experience in our Greenhouse . Your night will include live classical chamber music from local orchestra students in an Saturday, February 11th elegant, yet charming greenhouse setting. The meal will consist of four courses 6:00 pm featuring local ingredients, fresh produce and more. A vegetarian dinner is (preregistration required) available upon request. You’ll also enjoy a DTE exclusive Valentine drink special. (Menu to be posted prior to the event)

Winter Escape - Ladies in the Greenhouse Escape the cold and come enjoy a day with your friends shopping in our Saturday, February 18th greenhouse! Stroll through the artist and vendor booths, check out our brand new 10:00 am-4:00 pm home décor and support our local entrepreneurs. A day reserved for pampering & forgetting about winter for a few hours!

Baskets & Brunch Cost: $60; includes breakfast buffet & one 12” hanging basket; Additional baskets may be planted at $50/basket Saturdays, February 25th & March 4th & 11th It still may be winter, but we are thinking ahead to spring! Come enjoy a 10:00 am delicious breakfast brunch in the greenhouse. Then discover the joy of creating (preregistration required – limited to 30 people) your own hanging basket. We will be planting baby plants in your hanging basket. Then DTE will care for your baskets until they are ready to go outside. You’ll be able to pick up your baskets in May to take home and enjoy. Feel free to come in and check on their status as they grow. Limited to 30 people; Registration required. Down to Earth Easter Egg Hunt Springtime Family Fun! Hundreds of eggs will be hidden throughout the Saturday, April 15th grounds, greenhouse and store. Each egg has candy for the kids, and some eggs 10:00 am – 5:00 pm also have coupons for parents. Kids can paint and plant a mini pot to take home Rain or Shine with them for an additional $2 charge. * Limit 3 eggs per child - please. Plus, parents can enter a drawing to win one of several prizes including a $50 Down To Earth Gift Card.

Spring Spectacular - Open House Saturday & Sunday Spring is in the air and we have many great specials all weekend. Come visit our April 29th & 30th friendly staff to help you get your spring planting and landscaping projects started. th Petting Zoo is FREE Saturday, September 16 We will once again be bringing back our exotic animal zoo this Fall from Animal 10:00 am to 4:00pm Talks. We will have a variety of exotic animals for the kids to enjoy!! Bring the kids for a day of family fun! There will also be pumpkin painting, scarecrow making, face painting, pumpkin bowling, apple cider, cookies, and more!

Scarecrow Makin’ Days Cost: $15 per scarecrow includes straw, burlap head and clothes. Your fall decorating isn’t complete without a scarecrow! We’ll provide All of September & October everything you need to create your unique master piece and we clean up the mess! Playin’ with Pumpkins All of September & October Cost: Purchase select pumpkins for $3 and we’ll provide the paint. (Groups of 5 or more please call Fall Family Fun! Bring the kids for miniature pumpkin painting. We will have ahead) pumpkins in a variety of shapes and sizes, straw bales, mums, gourds and cornstalks for all your fall decorating! Pumpkin Palooza October is Pumpkin Palooza at Down to Earth which means we will have great sales on pumpkins all month long! Pooches & Pumpkins If you love to dress up your pooch, this event is for you! There will be treats for Fido, a photo op, pumpkin painting for the kids, and prizes awarded for the best Saturday, October 28 pet costume. The winner will receive a goody basket filled with treats for you and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm your pet.
