3.0 - Printing Sheets Description: Sheet set manager prints multiple sheet layouts and auto fills in title block data.
Primary Process Output: Paper prints or electronic files.
Download the files for this exercise and place them in c:\wisdot\design\c3d\ Open the file c:\wisdot\design\c3d\12345678\SheetsPlan\090101_xs.dwg
Task: 3.1 - From Sheet Set Manager
Steps in this Task: 3.1.1 - Open Sheet Set Manager View tab > Palettes section > Sheet Set Manager
3.1.2 - Open a Sheet Set Pull down the sheet set name field and select "Open". - Navigate to the 12345678\SheetsPlan folder and select the sheet set ‘sth25xsect.dst’. - Click 'Open'.
3.1.3 - Add Project Information - Pull down the sheet set name field and select "Open". Navigate to the 12345678\SheetsPlan folder and select the 'planproduction.dst' sheet set. Click 'Open'. - Right click on 'ProjectSheetData and select "Properties ..." (if needed). - Scroll down to 'Sheet Set Custom Properties' - Change the 'County (DANE), Highway (STH 25), and Project No (1234-56-78)' for the project. - Click 'OK'. - Pull down the sheet set name field and select the original sheet set. Right click on the name under Sheets and select "Resave All Sheets". 3.1.4 - Print All Sheets Right click on the sheet set name and select "Publish" > "Publish to PDF". - Select a location and key-in a name for the PDF file. - Press 'Select.'
3.1.5 - Print Single Sheet Selection Right click on the sheet to print and select "Publish" > "Publish to PDF". - Select a location and key-in a name for the PDF file. - Press 'Select.'

Steps in this Task: 3.2.1 - Plot Dialog Output tab > Plot
3.2.2 - Plot Settings Select; - Printer - Paper size - Plot Area = Extents - Plot offset = Center the plot - Plot scale half size 1 inches = 1 unit full size 1 inches = 0.5 unit Click 'Preview...' to open a plot preview window and/or 'OK' to send to printer.
