Thank you so much to all the helpers who have worked so hard to make this trial possible, especially the judges and stewards who will work all weekend, plus the additional helpers who have volunteered to man the base, and the many general helpers, who have so willingly donated their time. Check in 12 noon to 12.30pm and 5pm to 5.30pm. Vetting Officer: Peter Howard Location: Outside the Classic Room at KCC Park Catering for Judges and helpers: Linda Johnson, Dawn Howard, Roger Corlass Tea, coffee, hot water, milk and barbequed sausages will be provided free of charge for competitors and we may need volunteers to look after the BBQ. NOTE: Many alterations have been made to dog’s titles as they were shown on entry forms and as reported via Showmanager. Please check the catalogue and report any corrections that may be needed to the Trial Secretary. Judging commences at 1 pm and 6 pm The TCV is affiliated with the Victorian Canine Association Inc.(VCA) and the fixture is held under the rules and Regulations of the VCA. A copy of the regulations may be perused at the office of the secretary of the fixture.

Please note that the precincts of the trial include the area where the tracks are laid. Please adhere to trial officials instructions when in the trial area. Please be mindful of responsible dog ownership, and keep your dog under control, and on lead over the weekend. When taken to your tracking area, you are reminded that competitors are asked to stay within the vicinity of the parking area until directed by the judge or steward/s. KCC Park can be used for exercising dogs as normal.

Presentations: As judging starts at 1 pm and there are only 2 night tracks per judge, presentations will take place after all tracks are completed each day. It is expected that presentations will commence no later than 8 pm. Tracklayers: Most tracklayers will be arranged in advance by the judges but in case the unexpected occurs, please have a start article and two TSD articles on your person so you can lay a track if required.
