What is your initial idea of a project to plan and implement within the FLC? (While it is understood that projects may change and sharpen with feedback from the group, we encourage you to be as specific as possible at this stage.) 3. Why are you interested in participating in a Faculty Learning Community as compared to an independent project? What would you bring to the group?

CERTIFICATION If selected for the FLC, in return for the grant stipend I will commit to actively engage in the work of the FLC, attend monthly meetings, prepare a reflective summary at the end of the project, and share my work with a larger audience.
