This Performance Review booklet contains both the mid-year and annual reviews. Goals are set at each evaluation, and should be recorded for the next review. Each evaluation is made up of two sections: Sales Goals and Leadership Skills. Rate performance according to the following measurements: Exceeds Expectations - An Exceeds Expectations (E) rating indicates that the caterer is performing above the expected performance standard. They have a thorough understanding of this area of responsibility, or of the position as a whole, and consistently executes at a high level. Results clearly exceed the established position criteria and few developmental opportunities exist. Meets Expectations - A Meets Expectations (M) rating indicates the manager consistently meets the expected performance standards. The manager is continuing to learn and grow. While no severe developmental opportunities may exist, developmental opportunities are present. Needs Improvement - A rating of Needs Improvement (NI) indicates the manager does not consistently meet the expected performance standard within an area of responsibility or in overall performance. Developmental opportunities exist as a result of a level of deficiency in one or more key result areas. Immediate attention is required to bring performance up to the Meets Expectations standard. Interpersonal Skills – Builds relationships, is approachable and values people as individuals. Shows conflict resolution skills and works well in a team environment. Communication – Communicates well with management and baking team regarding upcoming orders and product needs. Able to delegate tasks to anyone helping in catering. Clear, concise and timely. Planning & Preparation – Has a plan for production of orders and is able to recognize when additional support will be needed. All presets are done for the following day before the caterer(s) leave. Customer Experience – Committed to our concept essence and cultural values. Passion to serve and connect with customers. Friendly with a great attitude.

Self-management – Personal motivation and commitment. Stress management, professional maturity and accountability. Manages the execution of orders and owns their business. Keeps catering area organized. Impact on shift – Follows time management guidelines so catering is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Has the ability to work in all positions when not completing catering orders. Administration – Payroll is accurate and submitted on time. Follow-up calls are completed daily and client logs are filled out completely. All logs and payroll are submitted on time.
