General Rules for all Yorkshire Order of Merit Championships

1. The Championship shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews and such Local Rules as shall be approved by the Championship Committee of the individual Club hosting a Yorkshire Order of Merit Championship. 2. All Yorkshire Order of Merit Championships shall be by Stroke Play from Scratch over 36 holes, the player returning the lowest aggregate score being the winner. In the event of a tie for a Yorkshire Order of Merit Championship there will be a play off or a card play off as determined by the Championship Committee of the individual Club hosting the Championship 3. The Championship Committee of the individual Club hosting the Championship shall settle all matters relating to the Championship. 4. All other information relating to individual Championships can be accessed by contacting the individual clubs.
