BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP FORM Soroptimist International of Chelan (SI Chelan) is requesting your sponsorship of the CHELAN CHASE 2016.

The CHELAN CHASE is a USATF-certified course 5K Race/Run/Walk fundraiser for breast cancer awareness held the third Saturday in October, which this year will be Saturday, October 15, 2016. Proceeds collected through this fundraiser are used for education, financial assistance for screening mammograms, and for cancer-specific support of women in our community who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Proceeds benefit women through the Mammography service at Lake Chelan Community Hospital and Wellness Place.

Soroptimist International of Chelan is a 501(c)(3) organization committed to service to the communities of the Lake Chelan Valley, and the CHELAN CHASE demonstrates that commitment specifically in relation to the early diagnosis, treatment, and survival of breast cancer. The CHELAN CHASE brings hundreds of participants and volunteers, as well as their families and/or friends, to the streets of Chelan. Your sponsorship benefits women in our community, and it can benefit your business as well.

For your PARTNERSHIP donation estimated at $250.00 or more, your company name will be listed on the back of the event T-shirts, on the website and posters, and on our Facebook page. We will also include your company name on radio spots and in the newspaper. The PARTNERSHIP sponsor estimated with the largest donation will be listed first, and all other eligible sponsors will have their names displayed as best displayed by the T-shirt designer. Contracts must be received by September 15, 2016, to guarantee your name on the T-shirt, and the earlier your donation and signed contract arrive, the earlier we can begin advertising of your business.
