I. CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Glass called the meeting to order at 9:01 A.M.

II. APPROVAL OF PRIOR MEETING MINUTES MINUTES 16-07; SEPTEMBER 20, 2016 Ms. Andren moved to approve the minutes as presented. Ms. Marx seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

III. REPORT FROM CHAIRPERSON GLASS Ms. Glass announced that Ms. Earp will be the new Chairperson beginning in November. All approved.

V. ARCHIVES REPORT- MS. ANDREN See attached “Archives Sub Committee Report” submitted by Ms. Andren, Ms. Dunn and Ms. Marx. Ms. Bozeman moved to approve the Archives Sub Committee Report as presented. Ms. Coleman seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

See attached “Indialantic Heritage Committee” letter submitted to Mr. Chinault from Ms. Dunn. Ms. Dunn moved to approve the Indialantic Heritage Committee letter to Mr. Chinault as presented. Ms. Paige seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

Page 1 of 2 VI. PROJECTS LUMINARIES- MS. PAIGE Ms. Paige has agreed to chair the project again this year. Assistance will be given to assembly the sets together after the items have been received. It was agreed that 150 extra sets will be assembled, due the sell out last year. A total of 1,150 sets will be for sale, $5.00 to include a brief description of history and instructions, with 10 bags and 10 LED lights.

Ms. Bozeman will design a flyer to be posted throughout the area and Ms. Mercer will print the brief description of history and instructions.

Ms. Paige will order the supplies, which will be shipped to Town Hall with attention of Ms. Mercer. After the next scheduled meeting, the Committee will assemble the sets, so that sales can start after Thanksgiving.

HISTORICAL MARKER FOR ERNEST KOUWEN-HOVEN RIVERSIDE PARK Tabled till a new chair is found.
