Camp tuition: $1,995 (before June 15) and $2,045 (after June 15 till June 30) (Tuition includes a $30.00 non-refundable registration fee, 4-week classroom instruction and individual guidance, textbooks and study handouts, room (2 students/1 double room), buffet dining in Students Dining Room (3 meals a day, 7 days a week), 8-day Beijing local travel and transportation, Beijing airport pickup and sendoff, 24/7 camp counselor service, comprehensive accidents insurance, and travel insurance and more.)

Camp accommodation for parents: $30.00 per day/double occupancy room

Medical deposit: $200 per person (100% refundable if no medical expenses incurred. China hospital and/or school clinic will provide detailed medical bills for reimbursement with your health insurance company.) Prior-camp and after-camp value-added tour: (Beijing — Hangzhou — Shanghai (Suzhou) — Beijing) Prior-camp tour schedule: July 11th - July 15th, 2007. After-camp tour schedule: August 12th - August 16th, 2007. Tour price: $550 (includes round trip airfare, double occupancy room in 3-4 star hotel, 3 meals/day, local transportation, local guide service, main entrance admission, and insurance)

Note: Students and parents who wish to take this tour must make appropriate travel arrangement to arrive on time before the tour and to be able to connect to their flight or otherwise accommodate themselves after the tour.

Group round trip air ticket between New York area airport and Beijing Airport is available on a first-come first-serve basis. All tickets must be purchased as soon as possible. Suggested group airfare: Approx. $1,300 (subject to change and finalized at the time of purchase. Please call to confirm when filling out the price on the payment voucher).

------Contract ------

All participants of China Language and Culture Camp 2007 at Beijing Foreign Languages School must comply with the rules and regulations of the camp hosting school. Students who leave camp on their own accord or who demonstrate rude and violent behavior will be expelled from the camp and excluded from any future consideration. The hosting school will take all due diligence to guarantee the students’ safety and wellbeing. However it will not be responsible for any student’s individual behavior or indiscretion such as rule-breaking, law-breaking, teenage sex and pregnancy.

June 30 is the cutoff date for refund that consists of 50% of tuition and tour fees paid by students or parents. No refund will be granted if the student decides to withdraw midterm or fails to function on camp or is expelled from the camp.

Photos and/or videotapes of the students on camp will be taken as records of camp life, as memorabilia and for publicity purpose. They may be available to students for a fee but will not be sold to the public for profit. By signing below, parent or guardian of student declares that he/she has read and understood the terms of this contract and does hereby give permission to allow his/her child(ren) to attend the said camp, to go on camp trip and/or prior-camp or after-camp tour, and to release the camp photos/videos for non-commercial use.
