As per the orders of Director of Census operations A.P.Teachers were drafted as Supervisors/Enumerators for Census-2011 duty from 26th April to 10 June- 2010 and They completed House Listing & Housing Census and NPR work.

As per the Subject cited above certain Teachers who were drafted for Cenusu-2011 work as Supervisors/Enumerators during the above mentioned period ., they requested to preserve proportionate Earned Leaves during the summer vacation period, as per the provisions of GO 1 ST READ ABOVE

According to Ref 1st cited the heads of Institutions are authorized to reserve proportionate Earned Leaves who are prevented from utilizing summer vacation due to Enumeration. With Ref 3rd The TEACHERS WORKING Z.P.High School – ______(V) of ______Mandal AND who were drafted for Census -2011 duty are eligible for above provision of E.L preservation

Hence The Head Master is pleased to preserve 24 (Twenty Four) days Earned Leaves And credit to the EL A/C of Teachers who were drafted as Supervisors/Enumerators. In connection with census 2010 work.as detailed in the annexure appended to this order.Necessary entries are made in SR s of individual
