Media partners: the Romanian Television Society, Romanian Radio Society, Radio Iasi, Neptun Television, Graiul MM (local newspaper), Glasul MM(local newspaper),The “Day’s Information” Newspaper, Canal 7, Axa TV, Cinemar TV, Musical Actuality + media partners from the counties the participants come from, on the basis of a written media agreement signed until the 1st of May 2008 ( I shall attach a media partnership contract form on our site). 2. A brief description of the project: The VIth edition of the International Festival of pop-rock music “The Golden Dolphin” will take place on “The Dolphin” Summer Theatre’s stage, in The Sind Camp Romania Navodary, between the 10 and 12 of July 2008. There will be 50 singers from Romania and Europe, and 150 children in the choreographic groups, vocal and accompany groups, recitals and connected activities. Soloists will be accompanied by recorded negatives on CD or DAT on age categories as it follows: - 10 kindergarden soloists : 5 Romanians + 5 foreigners - 15 soloists from the Ist to the IIIrd grade: 10 Romanians +5 foreigners - 15 soloists from the IVth to the VIth grade:10 Romanians +5 foreigners - 10 soloists from the VIIth to the VIIIth grade:5 Romanians + 5 foreigners Each category will receive the Ist, the IInd, the IIIrd prize and an endorsement. The one getting the maximum grade, regardless the category will be offered the Festival’s Trophy. The soloists’ preselection for The International Festival of pop-rock music “THE GOLDEN DOLPHIN” Navodari will be made during the “Golden Little Bear” Festival for the Romanian interprets. The 30 Romanian participants passing the final preselection during the Golden Little Bear Festival, will send the positive and the negative containing the song chosen by the jury, with a length of at maximum 30 minutes and 30 seconds, but also the written agreement of the composer and the text writer’s that they agree to the song’s broadcast during the festival, without any material requirements or pretentions. The decisions will be posted on the site www.isjmm.ro (activitati educvative ) www.edu.ro/delfinul_de_aur ;or www.pcbm.ro on the 14th of May 2008. The deadline to receive the negatives, the texts and the written agreements mentioned above is the 15th of May 2008 in order to make possible the editing of the CDs and the band with the negatives of the songs participating in the festival. - first audition songs will take part automate in the creation section; - the music and the text must be appropriate to the participant’s age; - 3 prizes will be offered for the composition. The tax for the preselection is 20 EU and must be paid until the 15th of March 2008: - free at any Banc Post Office in the account of Banc Post Baia Mare for The Golden Dolphin Association RO84 BPOS 2500 3078 550 R O L 01 -the Xerox copy of the receipt will be attached to the entry form and the CD send to us. The total amount of the prizes offered to the winners will be established by the organizers taking into account the budget realized through the funds obtained from the Ministry of Education, Research and Youth, sponsors and partners. Prizes will consist of: diplomas for the participants, for the winners, excellence diplomas, money, golden dolphins, cups and different objects.

Transportation for all participants will be paid by themselves. Arrival to Constanta or Bucharest by plane/ by train . Accommodation and meals for the participant and one attendant are provided by the organizers for the time period 10-13 July 2008 ( 3 nights at the Dolphin Hotel in Navodari). Each foreign participant will send to us: - The entry form filled in; - A CD containing 2-3 songs (at least 1 in English) , with the name of the composer/text writer ( in case of a first audition, please mention it) ; - A DVD containing images from spectacles/recitals/festivals in order to help us evaluate the interpretation and stage presence and performing. - 2 color photos ( 1 of them bust).
