This Application Form should be completed on-line. It should then be sent as an attachment to: [email protected], in the subject line of your e-mail you should type only your name.

You must also attach to the e-mail a CV (Curriculum Vitæ), which must include evidence of advanced potential, in the form of an existing award for postgraduate performance study.

You must send two references from musicians of international repute.

And, finally, you must send by post an audio CD (which need not be professionally recorded, but must have well balanced sound). It must be playable on a CD player and include at least three musical items. Post the CD to Mrs Anne Loveland, Chair of Trustees, The Kenneth Loveland Gift, 20 Monmouth House, Cwmbran, NP44 1QT.

Ensure that you name is on the CD, and that you include a written list of the repertoire recorded on the CD.

It is a condition of the award that winners make themselves available to give a fund-raising recital in aid of The Kenneth Loveland Gift in the following year.
