With few subgroups, all groups should be targeted.  Growth Index for the 2015-2016 academic year was -1.19. We will continue to focus on all subgroups. Data Analysis. What professional development, if any, will be offered in cycle 4 to support the staff in implementing the approach?  Teacher Technology Ambassadors will continue to conduct professional development to implement the use of Canvas and/or other instructional tools as a part of classroom instruction.
