GHG CleanProjects® Registry Schedule A Acknowledgement of GHG CleanProjects® Registry Mandate

All intended users of this GHG CleanProjects® Registry (the "Registry") are hereby informed of the Registry's limited and focussed mandate relating to the listing and delisting of greenhouse gas projects and resulting verified emission reductions and removals, and agree to use this Registry in a manner that is consistent with, and not contrary to, the following mandate:

1. The Registry is intended to complement the International Organization for Standardization ISO 14064 Standards relating to GHGs (the "ISO 14064 Standards") and facilitate transparency, accuracy, consistency, completeness and relevance in reporting relating to existing and yet to be developed GHG projects.

The Registry is expected to benefit organizations, governments, project proponents and stakeholders worldwide by providing a consistent reporting, accounting, and registry service for GHG projects and resulting emission reductions and removals which are determined to be consistent with ISO 14064.

The Registry is specifically intended to allow companies and Project Proponents to publicly account for and register:

GHG emission reduction and removal Projects as quantified and measured and reported in accordance with ISO 14064:2; and

GHG emission reductions and removals as validated and verified in accordance with ISO 14064:3.

2. While users of the Registry may ultimately use GHG Projects and verified emission reductions and removals ("VERRs") to benefit from some of the following applications:

2. voluntary initiatives: for example, participation in voluntary GHG registry and reporting initiative;

3. GHG markets: for example, the buying and selling of GHG allowances and credits;

4. regulatory/government reporting: for example, credits for early action, negotiated agreements and national reporting;

users acknowledge that such uses are beyond the scope of the Registry which is designed to function strictly as a service to centrally list and delist GHG projects and VERRs that are consistent with the ISO 14064 Standards and applicable GHG programmes.

3. In accordance with ISO 14064 Standards, the Registry constitutes a GHG programme neutral framework and uses terms and concepts designed to be broadly compatible with the requirements and guidance of relevant GHG policies and programmes, good practice, legislation and standards. All terms not defined herein shall be interpreted in accordance with ISO 14064 standards.

4. Intended users participating in GHG programmes and using the Registry in conjunction with a GHG programme shall specifically identify the GHG Programme in their project documents and any additional or distinct requirements associated with the GHG programme(s).

5. The Registry is and is intended to operate strictly as a listing and delisting service for GHG Projects and related emission reductions and removals. It was created for the purpose of allowing entities to register GHG projects and resulting VERRs that will be assigned serial numbers by the Registry.

The Registry was created for the purpose of allowing entities to register Projects and serialize VERRs. It provides no services and undertakes no activities whatsoever in relation to facilitating the trading of VERRs and related contracts and products, and does not constitute an exchange, a clearinghouse, a dealer, an advisor, a trader or any other form of market participant related to such transactions. The Registry has no commercial interest whatsoever in the delivery, transfer or use of VERRs by the Project Proponents, responsible parties and intended users other than the Registry listing and delisting of the projects and VERRs in accordance with the instructions of the Project Proponent or its Authorized Project Contact in accordance with the terms and conditions of the GHG CleanProjects® Service Agreement. The undersigned Project Proponent(s) (and the Authorized Project Contact, if applicable) expressly acknowledge that they have read and understand this GHG CleanProjects® Registry Mandate and agree to use the Registry in the manner set out herein.

Scanned or faxed, completed schedules received by the GHG CleanProjects® Registry office are accepted as originals.

It is necessary for page 3 of Schedule A, page 4 of Schedule C (if applicable) and page 4 of Schedule D to be signed.

Please provide two copies of Schedule B with the appropriate contact information completed on Page 12, after Page 25 is completed and signed. Once page 25 is in turn duly signed by the GHG CleanProjects® Registry authority, one copy will be returned.

GHG CleanProjects® Registry requires the electronic versions of all project documentation such as GHG Assertions, GHG Reports, Validation Reports and Verification Reports, as the files received are the files posted.
