GPStoGO - FAQ

1. What is GPStoGO?

GPStoGO is a fleet tracking solution designed to assist in the planning and tracking of your Team's daily activities. GPStoGO services are available throughout the United States and Canada.

2. How can GPStoGO benefit my business?

 Reduce the number of calls with your team throughout the day regarding schedule changes, driving instructions and arrival projections.  Minimize manual effort required to build driving maps by eliminating paper capture of instructions. Automatically populate driving instructions and send to the Garmin device.  Use real time and historical data to identify expense reduction opportunities related to vehicle idle time, route deviations, unscheduled stops and more!  Improve job cost accuracy by validating reported Team Check In data to vehicle activity information.

3. What products and tools are available through GPStoGO? What are the costs?

Online Tools (MyGeoTab) - Vehicle activity information is updated every 15-45 seconds. MyGeoTab features include:

 Ability to assign devices to your vehicles based on your naming conventions.  Import SCEO customer information (one time setup) for use in building daily routes.  Alerts to notify you and/or the driver of certain driving behaviors such as speeding, harsh turning or braking.  Breadcrumb trails to show the actual routes and stops of the Team.  Show street view picture of vehicle location (where available).  Build vehicle records to automatically track mileage for servicing reminders.  Standard and customizable reporting, including a report structured to align with your Team Check In activities.  Build routes and push routes to Garmin devices. Route changes throughout the day can be pushed to the Garmin as they occur.  Messages can be sent to your Team via the Garmin. Validate receipt and viewing of the message by the Team via MyGeoTab.  Multi location owners have the ability to view Team activity for just one location, or all locations, through one sign in.  MyGeoTab can be accessed via I-Pad or other hand held devices.  Unlimited access to historical information. 4. What are the costs?

Purchase of a 4 or 8 GB MicroSD card (per Garmin) highly recommended to support the amount of $5 - $10 map data stored in the Garmin.

Already own Garmin devices? Check with GPStoGO to determine if your existing Garmin devices will work with the GO4 device.

Garmin prices fluctuate. Consider sources such as Walmart, Sam's, Amazon. GPStoGO can provide Garmin devices at current market price.

5. Which GPStoGO products are best for my business?

Here's some tips as you consider your product selections:

 Franchisees in heavily populated, complex travel areas may want to consider the GO4 with Garmin.  You can mix and match GO4 and GO5 devices within your fleet, just not within the same vehicle. The activity results of all the devices selected for your location will be available through one MyGeoTab account.  Full Route Optimization capabilities are not included in this rollout, but will be considered in the future. Go5 devices are not enabled for Full Route Optimization.

6. What's involved with the installation and support of GPStoGO?

 Go5 devices are easy to install and do not require technician assistance. Installation instructions are available in written and video form and are available on the GPStoGO website developed specifically for The Maids. GPStoGO service technicians are available via phone Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 5:00 pm. (EST), with after hours or weekend appointments available with advanced scheduling.

 Go4 and/or Garmin installations are completed by American Midwest Fleet Solutions. GPStoGO coordinates the installation on your behalf, based on Team schedules and vehicle availability.

 TMI and GPStoGO has co-developed resource materials, reports and a support model intended serve as a "one stop shop" for initial and ongoing use. Documentation, video, training and live support are provided byGPStoGo. 7. How do I pay for GPStoGO services?

 GPStoGO accepts Visa and Mastercard for device purchases. Other payment options for large orders may be available upon request through GPStoGO.  Airtime (Cellular Services) are provided by T-Mobile via AT&T and billed to you each month via GPStoGO.

8. What is the warranty on the Go5 and Go4 devices?

 The Go5 and Go4 devices are covered by a 1 year warranty for factory defects.

9. What are the contract terms?

 No contract required, though you will be prompted to acknowledge Terms and Conditions of use. Airtime service can be terminated with 14 days written notice prior to the end of the billing period. Cancellation of service must be e-mailed to [email protected]. Cancellation of service must include your name, e-mail and phone number information as well as number of devices to be cancelled for service. No early termination fees apply as long as the above requirements are met.

 Confirm that your PC is running Windows XP or newer. Minimum Internet requirements: Explorer 8 or Mozilla Firefox 3.6 (with ClickOnce add in).

 At the website above, select "Request a Quote" to request additional information, or email [email protected].

 At the website above, complete the "Customer Profile & Order Request" document. E-mail the document to [email protected] to finalize your order. You will use this document as part of the setup process when your GPStoGO products arrive - keep it available for use during your account setup.

11. What is involved in setting up GPStoGO?

GPStoGO is prepared to support franchisees of The Maids International throughout the setup process. This support includes personalized training for you and your team, access to video and documentation resources available via the web site (above), as well as access to support technicians via phone.
