Students meet course requirements in two main categories.
General education requirements offered at UW-Waukesha Many UW-Waukesha students mark the completion of the first half of a bachelor’s degree by earning the Associate of Arts and Science degree. Major program of study Many degree programs require some prerequisite courses before admission into a particular major. UW- Waukesha offers many of these prerequisites. To receive a bachelor’s degree, most students must earn a minimum of 120 degree credits. After getting your best start at UW-Waukesha you can complete your bachelor’s degree by: Transferring to a UW four-year campus or any other college or university. Staying here at UW-Waukesha and taking advantage of the Collaborative Degree Program. We’ve teamed with three UW institutions to offer the following bachelor’s degrees right on our campus:

Guaranteed Transfer Program The Guaranteed Transfer Program makes it possible for students to begin their education as new freshmen at UW-Waukesha and be guaranteed admission as a junior to any of the UW four-year campuses.
After fulfilling certain credit and grade point average requirements, you will transfer with all the rights and privileges as those who began their education at the four-year campus.
