Kid’s Acting Camp- 2011 Class Location: The Historic Ohio Theatre Broadway2LA Kid’s Acting Camp 2011 is a week-long camp designed to give it’s campers a full theatrical (Broadway) and television/film/commercial (LA) experience in a kid friendly environment. Each day we have a Broadway or LA theme to teach campers the basics of acting in theatre, film, television and commercials. The camp is for kids between the ages of 6 and 12 years of age and will be split into two groups: 6-9 and 10-12. The camp concludes with a showcase for family and friends to view.

Broadway2LA Teen’s Acting Camp 2011 Summer Schedule: Dates: June 21- June 25, July 19-23 & August 9-13 (Monday- Friday) Time: 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM

Monday - Plays Broadway Day! Take a step onto the stage and see what it’s like to be on Broadway.

Tuesday- Film & TV Scripts Hollywood Day! Come and see what it’s like to act on camera.

Wednesday- Monologues & Duologues Broadway Day! Learn a funny and serious monologue from children plays.

Thursday- Commercials Hollywood Day! See what it’s like to be the star of a commercial.

Friday- Family & Friend Showcase Broadway2LA Day! Family and friend Showcase.

Highlights of the Camp:  Opportunity to interview with talent agencies following the showcase: Heyman, CAM, PC-Goenner, Active Image and Wilhelmenia.  “Family & Friend Acting Showcase” for the public to see.  Receive a professional demo reel from the “Family and Friend Showcase”.  Receive a Broadway2LA 2011 Kid’s Summer Acting Camp T-Shirt.  Instructors- Chad Willett (SAG/AFTRA/ MA), Andy Falter (BSC) & Ray Conrad (MFA).
