Also, here is the Event Wizard information: x=LoretaROIA(region, band) region from table below; band is band number, 1=delta, 2=theta, 3=alpha, etc. x=LoretaROIA(1,1) means "frontal lobe delta" x=LoretaROIA(2,4) means "limbic lobe lobeta" x=LoretaROIA(3,5) means "occipital beta" value is total (average) of all the voxels, reflecting total activation of that ROI. As a heads up, I did want to let you know of some changes for with the latest release with ROI equations. I would like to let you know, that the ROI information will work as it always has. But, in order to simplify things, we have added a new mechanism going forward for the ROI's. This will also be the only method of documentation, when I can get around to updating the this.

Currently, when doing an ROI training with the Event Wizard, and you are training Delta Frontal Lobe, the equation is: x=LoretaROIA(1,1);

Now, we have implemented a new system for ROI training. As opposed to entering a number like 1 for Frontal Lobe, the equation will look like this: x=Loreta ROIA(1001,1);

As I did state earlier, the old numbering system will still function properly. This has been introduced, as a more cleaner method, and all paperwork going forward will be implementing this as well.

-A new GUI interface is now implemented. As opposed to typing a number for the ROI or Band, typing the "#" will open a dialog box, from here, you can either type to narrow your search, or use the GUI interface to point and click your choice.
