VARIATION

1. Delete the amount "$6.00" wherever appearing in clause 16, Meal Allowance and clause 17, General Allowance, of the award published 8 August 2003 (340 I.G. 810), and insert in lieu thereof $6.24 and $6.49, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

2. Delete the amounts "$6.00" and "$12.00" appearing in paragraph 17.2 (h), of the said clause 17, and insert in lieu thereof $6.24 & $12.48 and $6.49 & $12.98, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

3. Delete the amount "$13.14" appearing in paragraph 17.4.1, of the said clause 17, and insert in lieu thereof $13.67 and $14.21, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

4. Delete the amount "$10.70" appearing in subclause 18.4, of clause 18, Travelling Time and Expenses, and insert in lieu thereof $11.13 and $11.57, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

5. Delete the amount "$1.47" appearing in paragraph 38.2.2 of clause 38, Allowances, and insert in lieu thereof $1.53 and $1.59, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

6. Delete the amount "$51.00" appearing in subclause 38.3, of the said clause 38, and insert in lieu thereof $53.04 and $55.16, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

7. Delete Appendix 1 - Rates of Pay, of Section 4 - Appendices, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

9. Delete the amount "$1.70" appearing in subclause 9.2, of the said Appendix 3, and insert in lieu thereof $1.77 and $1.84, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

10. Delete the amount "81 cents" appearing in subclause 9.3, of the said Appendix 3, and insert in lieu thereof 84 cents and 88 cents, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

12. Delete the amounts "$1.05" and "$4.25" appearing in subclause 9.6, of the said Appendix 3, and insert in lieu thereof $1.09 & $4.42 and $1.14 & $4.60, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

Delete the amount "$4.56"appearing in subclause 9.12, of the said Appendix 3, and insert in lieu thereof $4.74 and $4.93, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively. 15. 21. Delete the amounts "$7.36" and "$3.81" appearing in 10.2, of the said Appendix 3, and insert in lieu thereof $7.65 & $3.96 and $7.96 & $4.12, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

22. Delete the amount "$8.51" appearing in paragraphs 10.3(a) and 10.3(b), of the said Appendix 3, and insert in lieu thereof $8.85 and $9.20, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

23. Delete the amount "57 cents" appearing in the first paragraph of subclause 28.2, of the said Appendix 3, and insert in lieu thereof 59 cents and 62 cents, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

24. Delete the amount "48 cents" appearing in the second paragraph of subclause 28.2, of the said Appendix 3, and insert in lieu thereof 50 cents and 52 cents, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

25. Delete the amount "76 cents" appearing in the third and fourth paragraphs of subclause 28.2, of the said Appendix 3, and insert in lieu thereof 79 cents and 82 cents, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

26. Delete the amount "$1.05" appearing in the fifth paragraph of subclause 28.2, of the said Appendix 3, and insert in lieu thereof $1.09 and $1.14, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

27. Delete the amount "44 cents" appearing in the sixth paragraph of subclause 28.2, of the said Appendix 3, and insert in lieu thereof 46 cents and 48 cents, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

28. Delete the amount "$12.70" appearing in the seventh paragraph of subclause 28.2, of the said Appendix 3, and insert in lieu thereof $13.21 and $13.74, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively. 29. Delete the amount "$22.78" appearing in the last paragraph of subclause 28.2, of the said Appendix 3, and insert in lieu thereof $22.78 and $23.69, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively. 30. Delete the amount "$51.00" appearing in subclause 12.16, of the said Appendix 3, and insert in lieu thereof $53.04 and $55.16, effective from the first pay period on or after 23 July 2005 and 22 July 2006 respectively.

31. Delete paragraph 16.1.4, of the said Appendix 3, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

16.1.4 Supervisory rates

As per Table 2, Part B, Schedule B of the Sydney City Council (Wages Division - Wages and Conditions) Interim Award.
