BOOK SALES/LEVY PAYMENT/SCHOOL UNIFORM SALES GRADE 7 STUDENTS 2016

You are advised that Book Sales, Levy Payments and School Uniform sales can be made on Tuesday 19, Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 January from 9:00am – 6:00pm or by arrangement with the school office.

 Grade 7 - $400.00 + $120.00 for stationery pack. The stationery pack is a once-only charge. Certain high cost items will be able to be carried forward to Grades 8, 9, 10. There will be no charge for stationery packs after Grade 7.

Items Not Covered in Levy Payment: Computer printing in excess of the $10.00 allowance, sporting registrations outside the Physical Education program, optional excursions or camps, additional stationery items, additional materials over and above the set design brief (eg. making a blackwood project instead of the pine project designated in MDT).

Student Assistance Scheme: People who have been approved by the Department of Education for assistance are not required to pay levies. However, you may have to pay for optional items that occur during the year. A stationery pack can be collected from the school on the levy payment days. Should you wish to make a donation to assist with your child’s education it would be greatly appreciated.

GRADES 8, 9, 10 STUDENTS 2016

Levy: Grade 8, 9 & 10 - $430.00.

What the Levy Covers: The levy now encompasses Junior & Senior Personal Interest subjects, resource materials, textbooks, photocopying, classroom consumables, first aid, locker hire, cultural performances, activities etc.

Items Not Covered: Computer printing in excess of the $10.00 allowance, sporting registrations outside the Physical Education program, optional excursions or camps, additional stationery items, additional materials over and above the set design brief (eg. making a blackwood project instead of the pine project designated in MDT).

Stationery: A basic stationery pack is supplied at no cost to all grade 8, 9 & 10 students. You are expected to carry forward items such as headphones, dictionary, scissors etc.
