TENDER NOTICE

1. Sealed bids, in Pak Rupees on DDP basis are invited for up gradation of existing CCTV Cameras System for surveillance to PTCL Store Depot, Tarnol Islamabad & LED Lights in accordance with PTCL requirements/specifications.

2. Tender documents may be obtained free of cost from PTCL Store Depot Tarnol Islamabad & Room # 13, 4th floor, old building, PTCL H/Qs, Islamabad (051-2289051)

3. Tender must be completed in all aspects and as per procedures laid down in the RFQ) shall be submitted to this office latest by 30th June 2016 on or before 1100 hours.

4. The site can be inspected on any working day during 09:00 hours to 13:00 hours with the permission of SM (M&L) North, Tarnol Islamabad. Vendor has to survey the site and quote their solution as per site survey.

5. Sealed bids received after the deadline shall not be considered in the process and will be returned unopened.

6. PTCL reserves the rights to reject any or all bid(s) at any time, without assigning any reasons/obligations to inform the affected bidder(s) of the grounds for PTCL process.
