PERSONAL PROFILE

I am an experienced and hard-working professional in front-of-house catering and hospitality. I have over ten years’ experience in leading London hotels and bars, and I have recently completed a cocktail making course at B@1 (Be At One), Shoreditch which means I now know how to make over 200 cocktails and wine knowledge level wsctt training course. I am used to working with minimal supervision (in my last role I was assistant manager – but that position ended when the then-owner sold the bar). My key skills and attributes are: motivation, confidence, reliability and self-discipline. I am particularly suited to a position in central London since I speak several languages fluently (English, Spanish, Portuguese and French) which can be useful with a cosmopolitan clientele.
