Title: Volunteer and Administrative Intern

Reporting Relationship: Pastor of Volunteers and Value Life

Classification: Internship (approx.20 Hours)

Department: Volunteer Ministries

Description of Job Responsibilities:

 Assist with care and nurture of volunteers serving during daytime hours  Assist with coordination of Volunteer opportunities on the web and via the database  Assist with data entry of volunteer serving information and Newcomer information  Assist in coordinating Volunteer related events and scheduling  Assist with Discovering Your Ministry Classes and follow up  Coordinate with other ministries seeking volunteers and tracking of volunteers

Skills:

 Strong Administrative and Organizational Skills  Strong interpersonal skills  Event coordination skills a plus, not required  Excellent Typing skills a plus

Education/Experience:

 Prior data entry a plus
