There are two different locations where up-to-date information will be posted. One of these is only available to the Staffers, while the other is available to the general public. This is how information is sent out to participants and staff. For the Staffers Communications, you need to hover over the Staffers menu option and select Communications.

The other area is called “Breaking News” which can be found on both the menu bar and the main home page of the site. This is where most of the information will be provided about the course. As we get close to the start of the course, please make sure you check out this page for up-to-date information pertaining to the course!

LOGGING ON THE SECURED SECTION OF THE WEBSITE

In order to access the secured side of the site which contains information for the Staffers you will need to log on using your ID and PASSWORD which you have been provided. If you are not able to log in, please email [email protected] for assistance.

To log onto the site you will need to click on “Access Internal Staff Site” which can be found under the picture of our fearless Course Director. After selecting this option, you will be presented with the log in screen

If you have ANY ISSUES getting one of the files, you can link directly to Drop Box and download the files from there which is separate from the website. You will notice that every Drop Box folder has an option to connect directly at the bottom of the list of files/folders.

PREVIOUS COURSES

If you would like to obtain information from some of the previous courses for research, you can use this option and select the course. As we obtain the past courses, they will be added this location. DROP BOX MANAGEMENT

Drop Box is where all the files are located for the course. This allows integration to the website for easy access as well as access directly from your workstation if you wish. Drop Box is setup so most of the documents can be easily obtained directly on your workstation if you install Drop Box and setup the free 2G account. You can select only to have some of the folders or all of them on your workstation. If you do not want to install Drop Box or do not have enough room in your Drop Box account, you can always access everything from the website under Documents and Resources.

To install Drop Box on your workstation, select Drop Box Management, Drop Box Information. DROP BOX MANAGEMENT - continued

Once you install Drop Box you will need to request what areas you want synced to your workstation. You can do that under Drop Box Management, Drop Box Access Request. PRESENTATIONS

All the presentations are available under the Staffers, Documents and Resources, Presentations.

You will see four different dropdowns available.

 Presentation – Videos and Clips – All the videos, music, and video clips which are used in the presentations

 Presentation Templates – These are the 2013 full presentations which you should use as your start. These were all used in 2013 and can be used now with any updates you want to make. The presentations for 2014 are also available if you want to add any content from them. Please use the 2013 as your base.

 Presentations – Drafts – These are the presentations after you update them and before I finalize them.

 Presentations – Final – These are the course ready version of your presentation.

Please note as presentations go from Template to Draft to Final, they are deleted from the previous version. This allows us to make sure we do not pull the wrong version if updates are required. PRESENTATIONS - continued
