Dear Parents

Parent Pay

Information sessions (Presentations) for parents have been organised for next week. These sessions will be led by a representative from Parent Pay. The session will explain how to log onto the site and pay for school meals. It will also be explained how you can pay by cash if this is your preferred method.

The sessions are as follows:

Tuesday 23 April 3.00pm – 3.30pm

Tuesday 23 April 6.00pm – 6.30pm

The representative will be in school from 3.00pm until 7.00pm to give out information to parents who cannot attend the 30 minute information sharing sessions. If you prefer the ‘drop in’ format then the information will be in less detail.

Electronic payment for school meals will commence from 29 April 2013 and for all other school payments from September 2013. This system is the same as the one used at Holmfirth High School and other Kirklees Schools.

Please indicate which session you will be attending and return the form to school.
