Our Holy Father’s Prayer Intentions for May: General: That the shameful and monstrous commerce in human beings, which sadly involves millions of women and children, may be ended.

Missionary: That ordained ministers, religious women and men, and lay people involved in apostolic work may understand how to infuse missionary enthusiasm into the communities entrusted to their care.

CCW Meeting Minutes

St. Anthony’s CCW met Wednesday, April 21st. Present were President, Brenda Schoborg, Carol Remmers, Joyce Vortherms, Deb Lamb, Carol Olsem, Jerry Erickson and Kathy Schweim. The meeting opened with prayer. The Secretary’s report was read and approved. There was no Treasurer’s report as the Treasurer was not present for the meeting. Brenda is going to Pipestone on April 24th for the area CCW meeting. Other Items discussed were: Food Shelf - 3,000 lbs. of food was collected in the month of March and $7,900 in donations. They are always looking for volunteers to work there.....The Festival of Tables will be held this Friday evening, April 23 rd and there are only a few tickets available.....also, Spring Church Cleaning has been completed.
