Rankings in the playoffs are based on standings from regular season games. In the 3 playoff weeks, teams in each pool play all the teams in the other pool. When playoffs are over, teams will be seeded from 1st to 3rd in each pool for Cup Day.

In the event of a tie for placing/seeding, the following tie-breaker procedure will be used: 1) Head to Head, 2) Goal differential, 3) Goals for, 4) Goals against, 5) Coin toss
