The Victims 10% Progress Report should discuss services funded as it relates to funding provided to EACH Community Based Non-Profit Victims Services provider. The maximum limit for this narrative report is three (3) pages. Each question should be addressed in one-half (½) page. Each Community Based Non-Profit Victims Services provider must individually complete a Victims 10% Progress Report. For additional information, please visit Oregon.gov/CJC/Victims.

Within your answers to the specific questions outlined below, please be sure to include the following information where applicable:  Major Activities and Accomplishments: Include progress to date since the beginning of the grant, along with any indicators of progress during the reporting period, for example: o Number of Victims served, including marginalized and underserved populations o Specific service achievements, including barriers addressed and increasing capacity o Any other benchmarks important to Community Based Non-Profit Victims Services  Collaboration: Information about Project Partners and increased collaboration  Training: Describe any training for professionals to improve their response to victims as it relates to their role.  Problems: Describe any deviations from the original grant application over the reporting period. Describe the main successes and challenges in providing the proposed services for targeted marginalized and underserved populations in the community. Include any specific service achievements, examples of collaboration with program partners, or other important benchmarks. Identify challenges in service delivery and the plan to address them. (1)

Highlight the efforts to address access barriers, such as but not limited to: language, literacy, disability, transportation and cultural practices. Include any specific service achievements, examples of collaboration with program partners, or other important benchmarks. (2)

Provide an overview of efforts to increase capacity for areas where services are difficult to access, are limited or non-existent. Include any specific service achievements, examples of collaboration with program partners, or other important benchmarks. (3)

Describe the synergy that has resulted from your investments in trauma-informed interventions and services. What accomplishments and new opportunities have resulted? Describe any training for professionals to improve their response to victims as it relates to their role. Highlight experiences indicate success. (4)

Describe any current or planned deviations from activities proposed in the original grant application. Provide details to support the deviation and how it still applies to the four goals of the RFP. (5)
