1. Actions by allocation to group member. ACTION: Adrian James – Mind and Rethink to be contacted and invited to join the Steering Group. ACTION: Adrian James – Address engagement with Somerset, Gloucestershire and AWP Patch and contact key stakeholders. ACTION: Adrian James – Invite to CCGs and GPs (as providers) to the group ACTION: Corrine Thomas - Project Design Presentation ACTION: Corinne Thomas – to Develop a ‘Charter’ for organisations joining the collaborative, draft to be created for the next Project Board, and discussed at the next Suicide Preventions Steering Group in June. ACTION: Hazel Crook – arrange a GP secondment from Devon and Cornwall Area Team to be asked to contribute on project work basis ACTION: Helen Smith & Sue Jones – Circulate ‘A guide to how to develop driver diagrams with notes. ACTION: Patricia Woodhead - circulate an article from the Economist ‘Vision Zero’ ACTION: Sue Jones – to compile a list of the organisation that has been identified as stakeholders to this work. ACTION: Sue Jones – Agenda Items for future meetings – Call Centres / 111 / Ambulance and police data. (added to agenda) ACTION: Sue Jones – Circulate Membership of the Project Board (Membership list attached of both the Project Board and the Working Group)

ACTION: Sue Jones - Circulate Preventing Suicide in England 2012 & 2014 with notes ACTION: Sue Jones – Circulate Helen Smiths Presentation ‘Driver Diagram’ with the notes ACTION: 5 Leads – to take forward further populating the Drive Diagram, Volunteers to take a primary drive each, and work with colleagues to add detail to the Driver diagram ( Send to Helen Smith by the end of May), and present feedback at the next group.  Hazel Crook - to lead on reduce suicide to Zero by 2018.  Nicola Glassbrook – Tailor approaches to MH in Specific Groups.  Gina Bird – Providing better information and support to those who feel at the risk of suicide.  Alastair Harlow – Support the media in delivering Sensitive approaches to Suicide  Tobit Emmens and Peter Aitken – Limit Access to means of Suicide GROUP ACTION: Develop an ongoing issues log
