International Greco-Roman Wrestling Tournament Grand Prix Ivan Poddubny Tyumen, Russia 13-17 January, 2011

REGULATION I. General Provisions International tournament Grand Prix Ivan Poddubny in Greco-Roman wrestling will be organized and held by the Ministry of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy of Russia, the Wrestling Federation of Russia, the Department on Physical Culture and Sport of Tyumen Region. II. Date and Venue Competitions will be held in conformity with the Requirements of International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles – FILA within the period from 13 January up to 17 January, 2011. Days of arrival of delegations to Moscow till 18 pm: 13 January, 2011. Day of departure from Moscow to Tyumen after 18.00: 13 January, 2011 by a charter flight. Day of departure of delegations: 17 January, 2011. Weigh-in of categories: 55, 66, 84, 120 kg – 14 January, 2011 from 18.00 to 18.30. Weigh-in of categories: 60, 74, 96 kg – 15 January, 2011 from 15.00 to 15.30. Medical examination: 1 (one) hour before weigh-in. Venue: Palace of Sport of Tyumen City III. Terms and conditions of Participation Delegations to have received the official invitations will be admitted to participate in the tournament. The list of delegation members by names including their passport data for issuing visas must be received not later than 05 December, 2010. Deadline of final nominative entries to be presented to the Secretariat of tournament: 14 January, 2011 till 4.00 pm After the deadlines mentioned above no any alterations and additions will be accepted and taken into account. IV. Technical conditions Competitions will be organized subject to FILA Regulations in the following weighing categories: 55-60-66-74-84-96 and 120 kg (tolerance + 2 kg). Teams’ chiefs must give to the Organizing Committee the following documents: passport and entry form for participants certified by a doctor. Referees of international category are admitted to officiate the competition. V. Awarding Winners, prizewinners and coaches prepared the winners of the tournament will be awarded with medals, diplomas and money prizes. The teams won 1-3 places will be awarded with team prizes and diplomas. VI. Accommodations of participants According to Regulations of International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles – FILA the host country will bear the expenses to accommodate the teams and the FILA representatives in accordance with the requirements to organize the international wrestling competitions.

The national representative teams to have been officially invited and confirmed their participation within the specified date will be provided with board, accommodation and local transport from 14 January, 2011 to 17 January, 2011. Departure of delegations are organized in the morning on 17 January, 2011.

The delegations will pay to the organizers of tournament for the excess of delegation members and days of staying in Moscow on the basis of €60 per person per day.

VII. Miscellaneous Visas to Russia will be granted to all participants of tournament at the Embassy of Russian Federation upon the presentation of official invitations.
