1 [3970-1] 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 A BILL 10 11 TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-465, AS AMENDED, CODE OF 12 LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE 13 DESIGNATION OF VOTING PRECINCTS IN RICHLAND 14 COUNTY, SO AS TO ESTABLISH NEW PRECINCTS AND 15 RENAME CERTAIN EXISTING PRECINCTS. 16 17 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South 18 Carolina: 19 20 SECTION 1. Section 7-7-465 of the 1976 Code, as last amended 21 by Act 127 of 1995, is further amended to read: 22 23 “Section 7-7-465. This act takes effect upon approval by the 33 Governor. 34 ----XX----
