Slip rental does not include $125.00 “harbor usage” fee imposed by the Town of Scituate on vessels over 15’. Fee to be billed and collected during the season. The Satuit Waterfront Club, Inc and/or Bulman Marine, LLC make no representations or warranties except those contained herein. In consideration of the agreement contained herein, I do hereby release the Satuit Waterfront Club, Inc. and Bulman Marine, LLC, the above named companies, of and from all claims and demand I may have for any loss or damage to boats or contents thereof or left at the property. By signing this reservation, I accept and agree to abide by the terms hereof and all the Rules and Regulations adopted by the Marina Board of Directors.
