Notable Credits Bagged the Team Member Award for Conversion Project at Union Bank of Jamaica. Received recognition from the CEO in the form of an appreciation mail on deep understanding of project & domain as a result of which bank was ready to go-live. Received accolades from Banks’ VP – IT (Bank of Jilin – China) on successful go-live. As a result of this, bank signed for implementation of Phase II. Steered efforts for setting up first off-shore development centre for Japanese Bank – Shinsei Bank in India in 2001. Effectively provided the solution for the current banking product first time in a manner so that it can support multiple entities (banks) within a single installation. This was as during FINO/SEWA Implementation. Major Assignments Handled: o Implementation of Core Banking at Philippine National Bank, whereby 3.3 million accounts were converted from 300+ branches and six implementation in six countries. o Offshore Global Support PM for Barclays Sites. It was first time the SLA’s were being internally tracked by support group and managed to deliver it inspite of high pressure from Barclays.
