10/2009 to 5/2012 Toth Technologies Pennsauken, NJ Production Turning Manager Programming of 3, 5, and 7 axis swiss CNC machines. Set-up and operation of production swiss CNC machines. Time study and evaluate feasibility of future production turning jobs. Scheduling and procurement of tooling and raw materials. Train fellow employees on programming, set-up and operation of CNC Production machines.

2003-Sept. 2009 Gosiger/PMTS Metro Philadelphia Application and Technical Engineer Provide classroom and on-site training on 5,7, 9 and 11 axis Swiss CNC machine tools. Set-up, programming, process improvements, and scheduling of “Turn Key” installations. Provide technical support to customers via phone and electronic communications as well as on-site engineering support and evaluations. Installation, set-up, programming, and training customers on the use of newly purchased or existing CNC machine tools. Evaluate customers’ current manufacturing practices. Train customers to improve manufacturing efficiencies and remove hidden costs associated with manufacturing.

2002-2003 John Crane, Inc. Bridgeport, NJ CNC Programmer Program, set-up, and operate Mazak 2, & 4 axis turning centers. Program, set-up and operate Mazak 3 & 5 axis machining centers. Train employees to program and operate CNC equipment with Mazak conversational controls. Schedule and alter work flow to meet customer requirements. Maintain tooling inventory according to schedule and budget

2000-2002 Damar, Inc. Cherry Hill, NJ Manufacturing Supervisor Scheduling, production, assembly, purchasing, and shipping were all part of my daily responsibilities. Programmed and operated Mazak CNC machine tools. Worked with customer engineering departments to design and manufacture products to meet customer requirements. Implemented SPC program to raise quality standards and increase overall efficiencies. Left company due to serious financial problems which existed before my hiring. Financial problems prohibited company from having normal vendor and supplier relationships.

1999-2001 Demag Delaval Trenton, NJ Department Lead: Programmed, set-up and operated multi-axis CNC turning centers. Worked within Machining Center Department. Programmed, set-up, and operated 3 & 5 axis machining centers. Supervised shop floor employees and programming department to ensure quality and on time delivery. Held this position first in the turning department and then in the milling departments. I was moved through several different departments due to my ability to stabilize the department and increase production on newly acquired machinery. Training of employees was a major role. Left Demag Delaval due to company being purchased and on-going labor issues. Job security was my main reason for leaving.

1992-1999 Flowserve, Inc. Bridgeport, NJ Machinist: General Machinist duties utilizing conventional machine tools. Shift Supervisor for second shift. (1993-1995) Medium to large size parts with tolerances routinely within .0005”. Shift Supervisor for first shift. (1997-1999) Implemented SPC program to increase quality standards.
