When the host family gives its agreement on the conditions of the stay, we send you an email announcing that we have found a host family. (with some informations about the host family: address, description of the host family etc.. ).The search takes usually a few days. Then, please send us the payment for the administration fees ( payment on line or by bank transfer).The registration fees must be paid up to 3 days after the email announcing that we have found a host family.If you cancel your reservation(medical problem, refusal of visa,...) the administration fees are not refundable.
