Thank you for taking advantage of our special Corporate Membership offer. Enclosed in this package are materials to assist you in executing the program.

o The Offer/Application – Each employee who joins or renews will receive $10 off our $45 annual membership fee, 3 FREE additional months of membership and a free household card! This application can be used to assist you with communicating the offer to your employees. It also provides the date that they have to take advantage of this great offer.

o Membership Applications – Each employee who joins or renews their existing or expired membership will complete the supplied membership application. If this process is done through e-mail, the fields on the application are write-protected and cannot be completed as an attachment.

 When the application is complete the process is as easy as 1-2-3: 1. The member must return the applications to you, the designated contact person.

2. Payment is to be submitted with each application. We accept Checks, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express, and Discover/Novus®. (Make checks payable to BJ’s Wholesale Club) Cash is not taken for this program.

3. If the employee is renewing their membership card please have them include their membership number on the top of the application in the space provided.  Note: They cannot get this offer online or at any of our BJ’s locations.

Listed below are explanations of how the process will work for new and renewing members.

NEW MEMBERS After the BJ’s Representative receives the applications, every primary will be receiving at their home address their activation form in the mail within 3-4 weeks from the pre-selected collection date. They will then need to take the activation forms to the Membership Desk at the nearest BJ’s to receive their membership card. They can use their temporary membership card until they receive their activation form.

RENEWING MEMBERS They do not need to replace their membership card. Their current BJ’s Membership Card is still valid. We will take care of extending their membership by adding 15 months from the date that they will expire. Expired members that renew during the expiration month or during any of the following 3 months will retain their current expiration month. Expired members that renew after this 3 month time frame will receive a new expiration date. This will take 3-4 weeks from when the BJ’s Representative receives the applications. If their membership has or will expire within the next 3-4 weeks, please have them utilize the temporary membership card until their membership has been renewed. Once we update their membership they will no longer need to use the temporary membership card.
