PD GSC LESCO TENDER NOTICE NO.16/2017-18.

LESCO intends to carry out the following Civil and Electrical works through PEC Registered and Renewed contractors. Every participating firm in each works should have at least experience of two similar nature of works, relevant registration and Renewal in financial and Technical category of PEC for each work to be applied as follows.

EE-05 Special terms and conditions.

1. For participation in above works a firm should have two similar nature works experience, registration and Renewal in Pakistan Engineering Council as per above mentioned Technical category. 2. All participating firm should attach 2% of BOQ amount as CDR with tender documents. 3. Sealed, signed and stamped documents of contractors will be accepted. 4. Any firm who does not fulfill the above requirement cannot participate in tender works and his tender deposited will be returned un-actioned being non eligible for the works. 5. The tender documents can be purchased from this office by depositing Rs.1000/- or can be downloaded from LESCO Web site without any cost. 6. The tender can also be seen at LESCO and PPRA Web site. 7. The tender documents of above works can be down loaded from LESCO Web site till 11.00 AM on 20-12-2017. The tender documents will be received/deposited in the office of the undersigned till 11.30 AM on 20-12-2017 and will be opened at 11.30AM on the same date in the office of Project Director GSC, 34-A Industrial Area Gulberg-III Lahore. 8. Punjab Sales Tax (PST) @16% will also be charged in case of non-registered firm with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). 9. Incomplete/Wrong tender loaded bidding documents will not be entertained. 10. Lowest successful bidder will be required to deposit performance guarantee @ 10% of contract cost within 14 days of letter of acceptance otherwise work will be awarded to 2nd lowest bidder.
