Basic Print Resources: Bibles: NASB, ESV, NKJV, KJV, HCSB (Holman Christian Standard Bible), NIV MacArthur Study Bible, Reformation Study Bible, Zondervan Study Bibles (NASB, NIV)

English Bibles with original language tools: NET Bible (often good exegetical notes), ESV English-Greek Reverse Interlinear N.T. – Strong’s #’s, morphology, and word order; Hebrew-Greek Key Word Study Bible (by AMG in NASB / KJV) – Strong’s numbers and grammatical codes to key words with dictionary and lexical aids in back in one volume; Complete WordStudy OT & NT – same, with Strong’s and grammar coded for all words

Basic language tools for word meanings: Exhaustive Concordance , Strong’s Dictionary, Vine’s Expository Dictionary of OT & NT Words, Mounce’s Expository Dictionary

SOFTWARE: www.instaverse.com – displays text in context of any Bible verse you hover over in websites, Word documents, etc. Also, type a scripture reference in your word processor then hit Alt-F8 and it will paste the text(s). KJV is free, can add others for fee. www.e-sword.net – free download includes KJV with Greek and Hebrew definitions that pop up over any English word you hover over! Recommended free downloads include Commentaries (Spurgeon, M. Henry, A. Barnes, A.T. Robertson, Vincent, J. Wesley, J. Gill, Keil & Delitzsch, Treasury of Scripture Knowledge, etc.) and Dictionaries (download all available)
